The switch is mounted in a switch mounting groove provided on a hand-held portion of the housing. The switch includes a rolling wheel and a slope plate. The rolling wheel is mounted in the switch mounting groove, and the water suction tube is mounted between the rolling wheel and the slope plate. Because the water suction tube and the water intake tube are separated, sucked sputum flows away through a sealed passage, thereby avoiding cross-infection.
