Abstract
A nozzle structure with a plurality of bristle bunches includes a mouth-shaped casing and a plurality of bristle bunches. The mouth-shaped casing has a first end portion with an air inlet and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion. The second end portion has a plurality of outlet pores arranged in parallel and a plurality of bristle pores. Each of the outlet pores connects to the air inlet via a ventilated space inside the mouth-shaped casing, and the plurality of bristle bunches are implanted in the bristle pores of the mouth-shaped casing. In addition, the bristle bunches protrude further out from the outlet pores.
Claims
1. A nozzle structure with a plurality of bristle bunches, comprising: a mouth-shaped casing, having a first end portion and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, wherein the first end portion has an air inlet, the second end portion has a plurality of output pores arranged in parallel and a plurality of bristle pores, wherein a ventilated space is formed in the mouth-shaped casing and each of the output pores connects to the air inlet via the ventilated space; and a plurality of bristle bunches implanted in the bristle pores of the mouth-shaped casing, wherein the bristle bunches protrude further out from the output pores.
Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0014] Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
[0015] Refer to
[0016] The mouth-shaped casing 100 has a first end portion 110 and a second end portion 120 opposite to the first end portion 110. The first end portion 110 has an air inlet 111, which connects to a wind source such as an air compressor (not shown) via a wind pipe or a wind tunnel. The second end portion 120 has a plurality of outlet pores 121 arranged in parallel and a plurality of bristle pores 122. A ventilated space 130 is formed inside the mouth-shaped casing 100, and each of the outlet pores 121 is connected to the air inlet 111 via the ventilated space 130.
[0017] The bristle bunches 200 are implanted in the bristle pores 122 of the mouth-shaped casing 100. Each of the bristle bunches 200 protrudes further out from the outlet pores 121.
[0018] The bristle bunches 200 can get into the openings of the object to be cleaned, to brush for cleaning the object to be cleaned while using the bristle bunches 200. At the same time, the compressed air from the air inlet 111 blows to the outside from the outlet pores 121, through the ventilated space 130, to blow and clean the object to be cleaned. Thus, the nozzle structure with bristle bunches of the present invention can have both the function of blow-cleaning and brush-cleaning.
[0019] In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the nozzle structure with bristle bunches is cleaning an object, it only needs using the bristle bunches 200 to touch the object to be cleaned, and since the bristle bunches 200 are made of soft material, the bristle bunches 200 will not scratch the object to be cleaned. Moreover, since the plurality of the outlet pores 121 do not touch the object to be cleaned, there is no deformation and obstruction of the tunnels of the outlet pores 121 due to the contact wears. Therefore, the nozzle structure can keep the excellent air blow effect all the time.
[0020] Although the present invention has been described in considerable detail with reference to certain embodiments thereof, other embodiments are possible. Therefore, the spirit and scope of the appended claims should not be limited to the description of the embodiments contained herein. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of the present invention without departing from the scope or spirit of the invention. In view of the foregoing, it is intended that the present invention cover modifications and variations of this invention provided they fall within the scope of the following claims.
