APPARATUS FOR DENTAL IRRIGATION
An apparatus may include one or more manifolds, each including a shell having an inner portion and an outer portion. Each shell may have a first set of outlets in a first wall and a second set of outlets in a second wall that approximately faces the first wall. Each manifold is shaped to accommodate a tooth. A rotating inlet joint, having an inlet channel and a rotating joint, may enable fluid flow into each manifold from the inlet channel at any angle relative to an axis of rotation defined by the rotating joint. In each manifold, the first set of outlets and the second set of outlets are oriented towards a tooth and/or gums associated with the tooth. The inner portion and the outer portion of each shell cooperate to direct fluid flow substantially horizontal to, and then substantially perpendicular to, the fluid flow exiting the inlet channel.
TOOTHBRUSH WITH BIOFILM-REMOVING TOUCH POINTS
A tooth brush device having bristle touch-points composed of a polymer material (e.g., silicone) provides improved biofilm removal from teeth. The tooth brush device comprises a head with an apex, a base opposite the apex, a front surface, and a back surface opposite the front surface. The front surface of the head includes bristle touch-points arranged along rows. The rows are arranged orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the head extending from the apex of the head to the base of the head. Each of a plurality of the bristle touch-points is a single solid elongate structure extending from the head and is composed of a polymer material. The device further includes a neck coupled to the base of the head and a handle coupled to the head via the neck.

Finger-wearable oral hygiene device and method of using
Disclosed are finger-wearable oral hygiene devices having a tapered shape with a plurality of extensions extending from the outer surface of the body, with the plurality of extensions extending around at least most of the circumference of the body member, the extensions being longer near the distal end of the device and shorter near the proximal end of the device, or the extensions arranged in a staggered pattern along the length of the tubular body, or having combination of these features. The device allows gums and teeth to be massaged or cleaned more efficiently and thoroughly, and can also provide greater comfort to a subject during an oral hygiene process.

FLEXIBLE MUCOSA BRUSH
The utility model discloses a flexible mucosa brush for cleaning the human or animal mucosa. The flexible mucosa brush comprises a handle (1) and a brush head (2), wherein the brush head (2) is a hollow flexible air bag, the outer surface of the brush head (2) is formed with a flexible texture structure (25) with an undulating height, and the front end of the handle (1) is inserted into the interior of the flexible air bag. The flexible mucosa brush of the application adopts a flexible air bag with a flexible structure. The expanded flexible air bag may increase the contact area with the oral cavity and the like, and the flexible air bag is soft and easily deformed, increasing the contact area and improving the cleaning efficiency. Since the flexible deformation amplitude of the air bag of the flexible mucosa brush of the application is very large, the flexible texture structure of the outer surface of the air bag may be greatly deformed when contacting the mucosa portion, and when the cleaning strength is improperly controlled or is too large, the air bag may be deformed to provide cushioning, reducing the direct impact on the mucosa and not easily causing damage to the mucosa.
