Admixture composition to improve strength of cement cured products
An admixture composition for use in cementitious compositions for improving the properties of the cementitious composition wherein the admixture composition comprises at least a polycarboxylate type comb-polymer dispersant and a hydroxyl amine compound selected from EDIPA (N,N-bis (2 hydroxypropyl)-N-(hydroxyethyl) amine) and optionally one or more polyhydroxyalkyl ethyleneamine compounds.
SULFATE CORROSION-RESISTANT CONCRETE AND METHOD THEREOF FOR OPTIMIZING PROPORTION AND APPLICATION
Disclosed is a sulfate corrosion-resistant concrete, a method for optimizing proportion and application thereof. The concrete is formed by mixing and stirring base stocks, aggregates, admixtures, external additives and water. The base stock of the concrete is 17.4-17.5 parts of Portland cement; the aggregates include 38.9 parts of basalt with aggregate size of 5-10 mm and 33.1-33.2 parts of basalt medium sand; the admixtures are 1.9-1.95 parts of silica fume or fly ash, and further including 0.23-0.24 part of polycarboxylate water reducer and 1.34-1.35 part of sulfate corrosion-resistant liquid preservative. Optimized proportion method: according to the corrosion characteristics of sulfate and corrosion environment parameters, determine the composition and proportion of basic samples and comparison samples, make and cure sample components, test the deep components of the samples, and obtain the optimal composition and proportion according to the test results.
USE OF AMORPHOUS SILICA REAGENT PRODUCED FROM SERPENTINE IN CONCRETE PREPARATION
It is disclosed the use of amorphous silica reagent produced from serpentine as pozzolane additive material, and more particularly a concrete mixture, such as high performance and ultra-high performance concrete, comprising a hydraulic binder; sand; aggregates, chemical admixture, mineral admixture as silica fume and an amorphous silica reagent (AmSR), wherein the AmSR is admixed for example with General Use Portland Cement and provides synergistic effect when combined with silica fume.
HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength concrete includes lignin, recycled fine powder, cement, water, sand, gravels and a water reducing agent. The recycled fine powder is recycled fine powder of discarded concrete, and is prepared by separating solid waste of discarded buildings, then performing impurity removal and crushing processing, and grinding same by a ball mill into dust with a particle size of less than 0.16 mm. The lignin is discarded wood lignin, which is prepared by crushing the wood, stirring and extracting a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5% for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 80 DEG C. to obtain a black lignin alkali solution, adding a hydrochloric acid solution with a mass concentration of 30% into the alkali solution for stirring, and making the pH reduced to 7.0 for standing and layering.

CONCRETE PAVING BLOCKS WITH HIGH STRENGTH AND LOW EFFLORESCENCE
Efflorescence resistance of concrete blocks is enhanced through the use of glass powder in the concrete composition. The glass powder permits a reduction in the cement content; the glass powder also creates a pozzolanic reaction to change the free calcium ions in calcium hydroxide to calcium silicate to fix the calcium ions inside concrete. The composition includes cementitious binding material of ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, calcium sulfoaluminate cement, ground-granulated blast-furnace slag in an amount from 20 to 25 wt. %. Coarse aggregate is provided from 10 to 15 wt. percent. Fine aggregate is from 32 to 39 wt. %. The composition further includes glass powder having a diameter of less than approximately 75 microns in an amount from 17 to 23 wt. %. Water is present in an amount from 6 to 9 wt. %. The dry density of formed paving blocks is 1800-2200 kg/m.sup.3.
