Shrinkage-compensating concrete
A shrinkage compensating concrete does not require restraint. The expansive forces developed during hydration compensate for concrete shrinkage, obviating the need for any added internal or external restraint element. Using this new shrinkage compensating concrete, substantially crack-free slabs may be built without using restraining steel bars, fibers, or other separate restraining element. The shrinkage compensating concrete includes a cement that develops internal expansive forces that never exceed the tensile strength of the concrete, such that the internal expansion compensates for the concrete shrinkage. The expansive cement may be an ASTMS, M or S cement, or other expansive cements may also be used.
SPORTS FLOORING AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A SPORTS FLOORING
The invention relates to a method for providing a sports flooring, in particular a clay court, a sand court or an ash court. The sports flooring comprising a top layer arranged above a dynamic layer. The method comprising i. providing a dynamic layer comprising a mixture of lava particles and/or limestone particles and/or clinker particles, and microporous zeolite mineral particles, wherein the microporous zeolite mineral particles are present in the amount of 4% to 65% of the total mass of the dynamic layer and wherein the grain size of the microporous zeolite mineral particles is between 0.4 mm and 12 mm, and ii. applying a top layer on top of the dynamic layer.
ENERGY EFFICIENT CEMENTITIOUS MORTARS

Thickeners and hydraulic compositions
A thickener is provided comprising an anionic polyacrylamide group containing at least two anionic polyacrylamides having different degrees of anionization, and a water-soluble cellulose ether. When added to a hydraulic composition, the thickener is effective for improving flow while maintaining rheological properties.
Hydration control mixture for mortar and cement compositions
The present invention relates to a mixture comprising at least one compound comprising an -hydroxy-carboxylic unit, -hydroxy-sulfonic acid unit or -carbonyl-carboxylic unit and at least one water-soluble organic carbonate. The mixture is useful as a hydration control agent in construction chemical compositions comprising an inorganic binder.
Three component composition for the manufacture of polyurethane cementitious hybrid flooring or coating with improved surface gloss
The present invention relates to a three component composition consisting of a polyol component (A) comprising at least two polyols, one with high and one with low molecular weight, and water, a polyisocyanate component (B) comprising a methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) product with an average NCO functionality of at least 2.5, or a methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) product with an average NCO functionality of at least 2 and at least one further polyol with an amount of between 1% and 30% based on the weight of said polyisocyanate component (B), wherein said MDI product and said polyol have reacted at least partially, and a powder component (C) comprising at least one hydraulic binder, preferably cement and/or calcined paper sludge, preferably a calcium compound selected from calcium hydroxide and/or calcium oxide, and optionally one or more aggregates. Polyurethane cementitious hybrid flooring or coating systems having glossy/semiglossy surfaces, good workability and outstanding mechanical properties can be achieved. Blister formation can be avoided.
Construction chemical compositions comprising a bisulfite adduct of glyoxylic acid
The present invention relates to construction chemical compositions comprising a bisulfite adduct of glyoxylic acid or a salt or mixed salt thereof and an inorganic binder. The composition is useful as a hydration control agent of the inorganic binder.
