ENDOSCOPE CLEANING DEVICE
An apparatus and method for using an endoscope pre-cleaning and cleaning device. The device includes an elongated and flexible substrate and an abrasive element running along the length of the substrate. The abrasive element extends in an outward direction from the substrate and can have bristles in a continuous line along the substrate. The bristles can be various lengths, thicknesses, materials, and grouped in various densities along the substrate.
Device for cleaning welds
A device for cleaning welds. The device comprises a bristles pad, the bristles pad being electrically conductive to deliver electrical current to a weld to be cleaned when the bristles pad is in physical contact with the weld. The device further includes a bristles pad support, the bristles pad support including an elongated body receiving the bristles pad and extending along the bristles pad, the elongated body including a first section and a second section attached to each other, the first section being separable from the second section to reduce a length of the bristles pad support.
DE-SCALING DEVICE
A cleaning apparatus for the on-site de-scaling of a stationary object, includes a housing having a plurality of panels detachably mounted to the housing side wall exterior surface so that the panel outer faces are radially oriented in relation to the housing. A plurality of elongated cleaning members, such as bristles or needles, each includes a first end mounted to one of the panels and a second end extending away from the panel outer face. The elongated cleaning members extend radially outwardly from the housing and the elongated cleaning members are adapted to contact a surface of the stationary object to be cleaned and de-scaled.
Dish Brush for Sweeping Machines with Demountable Segmental Plate Elements provided with Brush Plugs.
A dish brush for conventional sweeping machines has a polygonal central base plate and trapezoidal demountable or removable segmental plates each provided with multiple brush plugs. I-shaped radial profiles are equispaced about the periphery of the base plate, are welded to apices thereof, and have respective axes radially directed toward a center of the base plate. The central base plate has contour edge plates 4 fixed to a planar center portion via two of the I-shaped radial profiles and inclined at an angle relative to the planar center portion. The demountable segmental plates are each slidable to mount between two I-shaped profiles and are each bolted to a respective one of the contour edge plates.
Method of treating a workpiece
A surface of a workpiece is treated by rotating about an axis a brush having a multiplicity of radially projecting bristles with tips engaging a surface of a workpiece to be treated while positioning a stop nonrotatable with the brush in engagement with the bristles radially inward of the stop so as to rearwardly deflect the bristles prior to contact with the workpiece and thereby store kinetic energy in the bristles so that as the bristles pass the stop the kinetic energy is released and the bristles spring elastically forward and percussively strike the workpiece surface. A roughness of the workpiece surface is determined and the stop is positioned radially relative to the axis or the brush is positioned relative to the workpiece at a spacing in accordance with the determined roughness.
TOOL FOR MACHINING SURFACES, EDGE REGIONS, AND CONTOURS
A tool for machining surfaces, edge regions, and contours comprising at least one disk-shaped base body rotatable around a tool axis and a plurality of flexible machining means, which are arranged on a circumference of the base body, wherein the machining means are formed rod-shaped and are arranged spaced apart from one another and extend substantially radially outward from the circumference of the base body, wherein at least two disks, between which the machining means are arranged, are arranged in the direction of the tool axis.
DISH BRUSH FOR SWEEPING MACHINES
The invention concerns a dish brush (1, 11) for conventional sweeping machines for cleaning, brushing or sweeping paved surfaces, wherein special constructed sweeping elements (4) and steel cable plugs (5) both waste and weeds remove from different types of paved surfaces. The mentioned sweeping elements (4) are fastened with welds (8,9) from the top side of the raised contour edge (2) through slit openings (6,7) and the steel cable plugs (5) are fastened with a weld (10) from the bottom side of said contour edge (2). The advantage is a well applicable sweeping and weeds removing dish brush (1,11) and which can be manufactured in a very economical way.
METHODS, APPARATUS, AND ASSEMBLY FOR CLEANING GLASS SHEETS
An apparatus for cleaning a glass sheet is provided. The apparatus includes a brushing device including a head and a plurality of bristles, each bristle having a first end attached to the head and a second end opposing the first end. The second ends contact an edge of the glass sheet during cleaning of the glass sheet. Methods for cleaning glass sheets are also provided.
BARBEQUE CLEANING BRUSH APPARATUS
An apparatus for cleaning barbeque grills involves a new and improved barbeque cleaning brush apparatus that has a cover member which houses and protects the brush when not in use. The handle of the cleaning brush is adjustable in length. The cover member is configured to be attached to the side of a barbeque grill.
Automatic seam fitter attachment for welder
Embodiments of an automatic seam fitter attachment for use with an automatic welding machine are designed to automate the plate edge cleaning, tight seam fitting, and tacking or welding of metal lapped or butted plates. The seam fitter attachment can be used on any product or in any industry where metal lap or butted plates seam together. The attachment may be provided with a power cleaning brush that cleans the edges of the plates and mechanically forces plate tightness as they are being tacked or welded.
