Head for an oral care implement and oral care implement
A head for an oral care implement comprises at least one tooth cleaning element of a first type and at least one tooth cleaning element of a second type. The at least one tooth cleaning element of the first type has a length extension along a longitudinal axis being about 1 mm to about 2 mm shorter than the length extension of the at least one tooth cleaning element of the second type along its longitudinal axis. The at least one tooth cleaning element of the first type is a tuft of a first type comprising a plurality of filaments, each filament having a longitudinal axis and a substantially cross-shaped cross-sectional area extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The cross-shaped cross-sectional area has four projections and four channels, the projections and channels being arranged in an alternating manner. The at least one tuft of the first type has a packing factor within a range from about 40% to about 55%, preferably from about 45% to about 50%.
SKIN CARE DEVICE
Discussed is a skin care device comprising: a main body having a processor, and an ultrasonic vibrator assembly disposed on one end of the main body and forming a contact surface with a skin of a user, wherein the processor controls the ultrasonic vibrator assembly to apply an ultrasonic vibration to the skin according to at least one of a frequency characteristic, an output characteristic, and a duty ratio characteristic for removing wastes on a surface of the skin.
Oral care implement
An oral care implement that includes a head having a face with a tuft hole therein. A plurality of bristles are disposed within the tuft hole and arranged in a bristle tuft that extends from the face of the head. The bristle tuft includes a first subset of the bristles and a second subset of the bristles. Each of the bristles has a longitudinal axis and a transverse cross-sectional profile having a major axis and a minor axis, the major axes of the bristles being longer than the minor axes of the bristles. The major axes of the bristles of the first subset may be non-parallel to the major axes of the bristles of the second subset.
Household brush or hygiene brush device
A household brush or hygiene brush device has at least one brush application region comprising at least one first bristle end zone and at least one second bristle end zone, wherein the second bristle end zone is implemented differing from the first bristle end zone.
Hair brush
A hair brush with an array of bristles (4). Each bristle extends from a base to a free end. Some or all of the bristles have relatively wide first portion, towards the base of the bristle, and a relatively narrow second portion, towards the free end of the bristle. The bristles are arranged in offset rows and centre lines of the rows are spaced apart such that at least part of the first portion of bristles in one row extends between adjacent bristles in an adjacent row and/or, when viewed perpendicular to the rows, the width of the first portion of the bristles in one row is, over part of their length, the same or greater than the space between adjacent bristles in an adjacent row so as to partially occlude the space between bristles in an adjacent row. The bristles are sized and arranged so that the first portion of the bristles serves to easily penetrate and divide hair between the bristles and the second portion of the bristles enables tension to be applied to the hair when hair flows between the bristles.
Method of making a unitary brush head and unitary toothbrush head
A toothbrush comprised at least one unitary brush head having a base and at least one filament and extending therefrom and having a free end terminating with a tip, wherein the filament has a length of from 6.0 mm to 20.0 mm between the base and the free end, and wherein the unitary brush head is made from a plastic material that has a melt flow rate of not greater than about 30 g/10 min measured in accordance with ISO 1133.
CLEANING SECTION FOR AN ORAL HYGIENE DEVICE AND ORAL HYGIENE DEVICE
A cleaning section for an electric oral hygiene device includes a carrier mounted for driven rotation and/or oscillating rotation around a rotation axis, at least a plurality of first cleaning elements and a plurality of second cleaning elements, the cleaning elements being mounted on a mounting surface of the carrier. The carrier has an outer rim and an inner portion. The plurality of first cleaning elements are arranged at the inner portion of the carrier, and the plurality of second cleaning elements are arranged at the outer rim of the carrier. The plurality of first cleaning elements have a longitudinal axis and a substantially cross-shaped cross-sectional area extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the cross-shaped cross-sectional area having four projections and four channels, the projections and channels being arranged in an alternating manner.
CLEANING BRISTLE BRUSHES AND CLEANING SYSTEMS AND METHODS USING SAME
Washing devices, systems and methods comprise a brushing apparatus including vertical, elongated stanchions supporting a flexible, wave-like brush carrier. An array of brushes is mounted to the front of the brush carrier. In particular embodiments the brushes include hubs which are received within apertures formed by the brush carrier. The systems may include a single, relatively-wide stanchion, or multiple stanchions. The stanchions are articulated in an up-and-down, optionally orbital, movement. Spray nozzles and lights may be included in the stanchions and/or brush carrier.
Dental appliance
A dental appliance for removing material from the mouth of a user is disclosed. The appliance has a body with a plurality of bores extending through the body. A cleaning element is positioned in each of the bores. The cleaning elements are disposed to extend beyond the body and are moveably positioned in the bores.
Automatic Suction Cleaning Structure and Cleaner
An automatic suction cleaning structure is disclosed. The automatic suction cleaning structure is disposed on a cleaner body. The automatic suction cleaning structure comprises a fixing base (1) connected to the cleaner body and a number of brush heads (2) arranged on the fixing base (1). The brush heads (2) are made of silica gel, and are of a hexagon shape and a hollow structure. The number of brush heads (2) are arranged on the fixing base (1) in an array and distributed in a cellular arrangement. By arranging the cellular brush heads (2) of a hollow structure and utilizing a suction force produced by the tightly-attached brush heads (2) during use, dirt on the skin surface is sucked automatically by means of a sucking disc principle in a process of contact with the skin, to allow more thorough cleaning. A cleaner is also provided.
