MECHANICAL CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT FOR PANELS
A mechanical connection arrangement for panels, includes a first panel, a second panel and a mechanical locking device for locking the first panel to the second panel. A surface of the first panel and a surface of the second panel are parallel and in contact in a locked position of the first and second panels. The mechanical locking device includes at least one rod-shaped element at said surface of the first panel and at least one corresponding insertion recess at said surface of the second panel. The rod-shaped element is configured to be inserted in the insertion recess. The rod-shaped element extends at a first angle from the surface of the first panel and the insertion recess extends into the second panel at a second angle from the surface of the second panel. The difference between the first angle and the second angle is between 0.5° and 6°.
Hidden joining system with front activation for a bottom of furniture and furnishing items
A hidden joining system with front activation for a bottom of a piece of furniture and furnishing items includes a front joining unit and a rear joining unit positioned between a bottom and a shoulder of the furniture, wherein each front and rear joining unit is attached beneath the thickness of the bottom of the furniture, wherein symmetry axes of the two front and rear joining units lie on a plane external and parallel to a center plane of the bottom and the front joining unit has a transmission element toward the rear joining unit.
JOINING SYSTEM FOR FURNITURE PARTS
In as first aspect of the invention, this is achieved by a joining system for furniture parts comprising female coupling recess formed in a first furniture part, a male coupling tongue projecting from an adjoining second furniture part, said female coupling recess being adapted to receive the male coupling tongue, said male coupling tongue comprising a first locking element configured for a snap joint interlocking engagement with a matching second locking element in said female coupling recess, the male coupling tongue being configured to be more flexible than the female coupling recess. The joining system comprises an upper guiding surface arranged on a first side of the female coupling recess on the first furniture part, forming an essentially non-resilient guide for the male coupling tongue upon insertion thereof, limiting movement of said male coupling tongue in a direction towards said first side of the female coupling recess. The joining system comprises a lower guiding surface arranged on a second side of the female coupling recess on the first furniture part, located opposite to said first side thereof, said lower guiding surface is configured to force the male coupling tongue to resiliently deflect whilst in engagement with said upper guiding surface upon further insertion thereof in a deflection movement towards said first side of the female coupling recess, until the first locking element of the male coupling tongue snaps together with the matching second locking element of the female coupling recess.
Set of panels
A method, a locking device and a set of panels, including a panel and an adjacent panel, wherein the panel includes a groove and at least a first hole connected to the groove via an opening, the adjacent panel includes a first edge that is configured to be arranged in the groove of the panel and a second hole that is configured to be arranged at the opening when the first edge is arranged in the groove, and the panel includes a locking device configured to lock the first edge of the adjacent panel in the groove of the panel, wherein the locking device includes a locking pin and a flexible element, the flexible element is configured to move the locking pin from a locking position to a mounting position and to, when flexed back, move the locking pin from the mounting position to the locking position.
CORNER FITTING
A corner fitting includes a strip-like base member for a clamping connection between two furniture panels which are arranged substantially perpendicularly to each other. A lip protrudes from the corner fitting in an end region of the base member along at least a portion of the width. In the opposing end region of the base member a pin protrudes, wherein the lip and the pin protrude at the same side of the base member substantially in the same direction.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CREATING A BARRIER
A barrier system is described herein. The barrier system includes at least three floating barrier elements, at least four securement components, and at least four stabilizing components. The at least four securement components are configured to secure the first floating barrier element between the second floating barrier element and the third floating barrier element to form a barrier. The at least four stabilizing components are configured to stabilize the barrier. The components of the barrier system are interchangeable and movable.
MODULAR DISPLAY BOOTH ASSEMBLY THAT REQUIRES NO TOOLS
A modular display can be assembled and disassembled by one person without any tools. The structural parts of the assembly include several types of interlocking pieces which form stable columns, and various bridging devices, including a bridge shelf removably secured by bridge brackets, that allow for slatwall or pegboard to be easily inserted to display a wide range of products that merchandise on slatwall, pegboard, shelves, tables and free-standing pedestals as well as garment poles. This display booth emulates a retail shopping experience where physical products are sold on varying display mediums. The parts fit to together by inserting hooked tabs into slots that fit the width of the tabs. Since all the parts are interchangeable, the system allows for multiple configurations, as well as easy expansion of the display booth by adding more parts.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR PANELS
A set including a first panel with a first main plane, a second panel with a second main plane and a mechanical locking device configured for locking the first panel to the second panel is described. The first main plane is arranged essentially perpendicular to the second main plane in a locked position of the first panel and the second panel. The mechanical locking device includes a first tongue and a groove surface at a first panel surface, and a locking groove and an edge surface at a second edge. The first tongue includes a first locking surface, the locking groove includes a second locking surface, the first locking surface is configured to interact with the second locking surface in the locked position, wherein the first tongue and/or the locking groove is/are flexible for facilitating locking of the first panel to the second panel.
Modular furniture with locking tab and slot joint
An joint is provided for modular furniture. The joint includes a locking tab which is held in a slot such that the tab cannot be moved out of a locking section of the slot without elastically bending the tabbed panel to prevent inadvertent disassembly of the item of furniture. The tab and slot configuration may also provide increased stiffness and rigidity to the piece of furniture while allowing the piece of furniture to be assembled without fasteners such as screws or nails.
Point of sale shelf stacker display
A point of sale shelf stacker display system has a front wall with a plurality of apertures and cross-bars. The rear wall supports one or more tab locking systems. The system further includes two side walls coupled to the front wall and the rear wall. The tab locking systems may receive a tab from a shelf. The shelf is supported by a cross-bar and at least one tab locking system. The shelf may include a front facing member which wraps around a respective cross-bar.
