Modular structural support apparatus and method of constructing the same
A modular structural support system, having: a plurality of vertically disposed frame support beams, a plurality of horizontally disposed frame support beams, a plurality of fastener devices, fastener devices rigidly connected to the ends of the horizontally disposed support beams and rotatably and selectively lockingly attachable to one of the vertically disposed support beams.
Furniture Frame Structural System with Interlocking Members
A furniture frame structural system with interlocking members includes a first face frame, a second face frame, and a plurality of frame members. At least one joining feature for each frame member allows the frame members to arrange into a skeletal configuration as the joining feature includes a male interlocking portion and a female interlocking portion. More specifically, the male interlocking portion for each frame member is engaged with the female interlocking portion of an adjacent member from the frame members. Resultantly, the frame members complete the skeletal configuration. The first face frame and the second face frame are then oppositely mounted to the skeletal configuration completing the basic frame structure. Additional components such as post-tensioned fasteners, inner liners, outer panels held in side rails, a top, legs, and baseboard can be optionally integrated with the basic frame structure to improve the functionality and appearance of the resulting furniture.
CONFIGURABLE AND DISMANTLABLE DISPLAY CASE SYSTEM COMPRISING A PLASTIC SHELVING UNIT WITH TRAYS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS, AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A configurable, dismantlable display case system, with supports for promotional graphics, particularly suited for use as a display cabinet, which may be used at all types of sales outlets, shopping malls, fairs and promotional events, the constitution thereof being simple and entailing a reduced cost, and with the possibility of changing the configuration of its assembly and the promotional campaign thereon as many times as may be necessary. The modular display system which is the object of the present invention consists generally of a plastic shelving unit, with trays at different levels, linked at their corners by means of pillars consisting of PVC profiles, of a generally triangular shape, which fit adjustedly into corresponding housings, one at each corner and on both sides of each tray; short profiles or legs formed by extruded PVC profiles of a more reduced length than the pillar profiles, of a generally triangular shape with rounded corners which slot adjustedly into the corresponding housings of the tray, and comprising non-slip ferrules inserted into the profile forming the leg at the area in contact with the floor.
Each tray further features at its corners male-female connecting means, whose purpose is to laterally connect corresponding shelving units one to another; the male-female connecting means are located vertically at the lateral edges of each tray, at one extremity a female connector and at the other extremity a male connector, at the four lateral edges.
The tray features a flat upper surface of a generally quadrangular shape and with a predetermined thickness, defining a frontal edge, a rearward edge and lateral edges, on which the products to be displayed are placed, and an external wall, perpendicular to the flat surface, and whose medial line is marked by the external line of the square horizontal surface of the tray. Furthermore, at the centre of the tray, on its upper side, four housings are defined, for pillars closely facing each other.
The pillars are formed by extruded PVC profiles, which slot into the triangular housings of the tray (at the corners or centrally) and feature perforations located spacedly on their sides, enabling the installation of graphics for promotional purposes or elements for the protection of the contents displayed in the shelving unit.
Column-beam connecting assembly capable of being manually assembled and frame structure assembled thereby
The invention discloses a column-beam connecting assembly capable of being manually assembled, including connecting columns and connecting beams. The connecting column is formed with an arc channel along the axial direction. The arc channel opens to the surface of the column as a groove. A number of pairs of anchor slots are shaped on both sides of the groove, and the anchor slots of the same pair are at the same height. Mounting parts for snapping into the anchor slots are shaped on both sides of the connecting beam. Half T-shaped jointing heads are provided on the outer ends of said mounting pans for connecting to the arc channel, and said jointing heads are either in the shape of a column head matching the arc channel, or in the shape of a hook head. A frame structure assembled by the connecting parts is further disclosed.
Storage Rack
A rack has a frame and a plurality of shelves. Each shelf has an enclosing frame member that has two first sides connected by two second sides, a connecting bar that connects the first sides at about the center of the first sides, a plurality of slots provided on the inner surfaces of the second sides, and a plurality of slats, each slat having opposing ends that are fitted into opposing slots at the second sides, and with each slat being connected to the connecting bar. At least one connector is provided for removably connecting each shelf to a portion of the frame.
MODULAR FOOD PRODUCT DISPLAY STAND
Disclosed are a modular food product display stand and a related method for constructing such display stand. Such display stand may comprise a plastic tray having four top corners, four bottom corners, top receiving slots located at each top corner, and bottom receiving slots located at each bottom corner. The display stand may further comprise four insertable plastic feet installed in the bottom receiving slots, and four insertable plastic posts installed in the top receiving posts. The outer dimensions of a cross-section of the plastic feet may match the inner dimensions of a cross-section of the bottom receiving slots, and the outer dimensions of a cross-section of the plastic posts may match the inner dimensions of a cross-section of the top receiving slots. The display stand may also comprise a plastic topper with receiving slots at each corner of the bottom of the topper for receiving the plastic posts.

At least one connector is provided for removably connecting each shelf to a portion of the frame.
Expandable stand-alone shelving assembly
An expandable shelf assembly includes a first half, a second half, and an internal mechanism. The first half includes a surface, a top end, and a bottom end. The second half includes a surface and an angled portion extending away from the surface of the second half. The internal mechanism includes a reinforcement bar connecting the top end and the bottom end of the first half, and a stop disposed on the reinforcement bar. The second half is slidably received within the first half such that the second half is partially encapsulated by the first half and the internal mechanism. When the first half and the second half are slid apart a predetermined distance, the stop of the internal mechanism is configured to engage with the angled portion of the second half to prevent the second half and first half from sliding apart beyond the predetermined distance.
