Customizable slidable shelving and support system for horticulture applications
The invention is a customizable, slidable shelving and support apparati and system for supporting, storing and accessing horticultural and agricultural specimens within growing spaces, allowing growers to utilize the maximum amount of their linear horizontal and vertical grow space and service specific areas of the garden enterprise while also allowing for maximum workspace through the use of a table and track system that provides stackable options of multiple grow layers. A method of using this slidable shelving and support apparati and system is also included.
Bearing structure for shelving
The bearing structure for shelving comprises: —a vertical upright comprising a first metal section provided with at least a first longitudinal side and with at least a second longitudinal side, the first longitudinal side and the second longitudinal side being flat, continuous and transverse to each other; —a longitudinal cross-piece; —an angular bracket to be interposed between the vertical upright and the longitudinal cross-piece and comprising a first longitudinal face and a second longitudinal face, the first longitudinal face and the second longitudinal face being flat, contiguous and transverse to each other; wherein it comprises first connecting means arranged on the first longitudinal side and the first longitudinal face, and second connecting means, arranged on the second longitudinal side and the second longitudinal face, the first connecting means and the second connecting means coupling the angular bracket to the vertical upright.
CONNECTION DEVICE, STRUCTURAL SYSTEM AND SHELVING UNIT
A connection device is disclosed for installing a shelf or a shelf frame on a vertical support to construct a shelving unit The connection device includes a hanger component and a bracket. The hanger component is equipped with a main body designed to be suspended from the vertical support such that an engagement portion engages behind a perforation of the vertical support and a support portion is arranged outside of the perforation. The bracket includes a housing portion designed to rest against the vertical support and a cavity shaped to receive the support portion of the main body of the hanger component. The bracket includes a clamping mechanism for clamping the housing portion of the bracket together with the vertical support when the cavity of the housing portion receives the support portion, and the main body of the hanger component is suspended from the perforation of the vertical support.

ILLUMINATED SHELF ASSEMBLIES
A shelf assembly for an enclosure includes a shelf panel having an upper surface, a lower surface, and an edge extending between the upper and lower surfaces. The edge includes front, rear, and side edges. A light housing is coupled to the shelf panel and includes one or more walls defining an interior. The light housing includes front, rear, and side portions disposed adjacent to the front, rear, and side edges of the shelf panel, respectively. A plurality of light sources received within the light housing to project light outwardly therefrom.
Modular rack assembly
A modular rack assembly includes upright support legs, two first shelf units, and a second shelf unit. Each upright support leg has two spaced-apart first hole units, and a plurality of spaced-apart second holes disposed between the first hole units. The first shelf units are connected to the upright support legs through the first hole units. The second shelf unit is engaged to the second holes of the upright support legs which are at the same height, and includes a second shelf plate formed with insertion holes, and supporting members that are engaged to the second holes at the same height and that are inserted into the insertion holes to support the second shelf plate.
Shelving unit tie bar
The technology described herein includes a four-column shelving unit. One or more improved tie bars run between the front and rear shelf-support beams. The one or more tie bars are installed perpendicular to the shelf-support beams. The improved tie bar may take the overall form of a V-channel with a novel tri-notch connection on either end. The tri-notch connection allows the tie bar to connect with a front shelf-support beam on one end and a back shelf-support beam on the other end. The tri-notch connection includes two bottom notches and a top notch. The top notch may form a gap in the V-channel that allows the end of the tie bar to slip under a shelf-support flange on a shelf-support beam during installation. The two bottom notches are sized and shaped to receive an upward facing retention flange located on the bottom flange of the shelf-support beam.
RETAIL MERCHANDISE SHELVING SYSTEM
Shelve brackets and shelf arrangements are provided. First and second brackets are provided. Each bracket has a support section, a mounting section and a transition section. The mounting section is laterally offset from the support section. The support section includes a vertical, top and bottom flange portions. The top and bottom flange portions are vertically spaced and extend from a first side of vertical flange portion in a direction the support section is offset from the mounting section. The transition section of the first bracket offsets the support section of the first bracket towards the second bracket and the transition section of the second bracket offsetting the support section of the second bracket towards the first bracket.
