Cabinet conversion panels
A panel for converting a cabinet (20) into unit specific storage. The cabinet conversion panel comprises a plurality of posts (21), rods (22) and or shelves (23) extending in a vertical, diagonal and or horizontal direction connected and fastened to create interconnected or intersecting lattice, square, rectangular, diamond, circular, herringbone, octagonal, triangular or other geometrical patterns with a frame surrounding and fastened to the operably connected partitions to complete the panel. The cabinet conversion panel also comprises insertable coasters (34-41) and interchangeable inserts (7-9, 14-15, 17, 47-48 and 50-51) to change the function, capacity and design of the panels. The cabinet conversion panel is sized for installation into standard cabinets (20). The panel is adapted so that when two or more of the panels are inserted into a cabinet (20), they will vertically support and hold various types of units including but not limited to wine bottles (26), plates (28), cups (29), dishware, stemware (27), shelves (23) and or other items.
Adjustable Tool Holder
Disclosed is an adjustable tool holder for holding workshop tools and the like. The tool holder comprises an elongate, rectangular base member comprising a longitudinal central groove, the base member extending between proximal and distal extremities, an elongate, central bar disposed within the groove centrally, the central bar laterally divided into toothed and plain portions terminating at the proximal and distal portions respectively, a longitudinal edge of the toothed portion comprising teeth, a slider adapted to slide along the length of the toothed portion, and a compression spring, one end of which secured to the slider while the other end secured to a distal extremity, the spring wound around the central bar. Sliding the slider to any point on the toothed portion causes length of the spring to be automatically altered accordingly, while the teeth prevent the slider from freely sliding towards the proximal end. A tool is adapted to be held between two consecutive loops of the spring.

ROTATABLE STORAGE DEVICE
A storage device comprising a support element attached to a vertical element, the support element including a slot. The slot is accessible from a top surface of the support element and provides a surface to support at least one hook. The hook extends through the slot and below the bottom surface of the support element. The hook provides an interface for hanging and storing an item from the storage device. The storage device may be adapted to rotate within a corner cabinet or be interconnected to a door of a cabinet.

POT LID STORAGE HOLDER
A pot lid storage holder, which may be used for storing a pot lid having a knob-shaped handle with a necked-down portion disposed between the pot lid and a relatively enlarged portion of the handle, and for storing a pot lid having a drawer-pull type handle. The pot lid storage holder includes first and second gripping elements projecting from a base, the first and second gripping elements configured to receive through an opening therebetween, in a downstream direction of insertion of the pot lid into the holder pointing toward the base, the necked-down portion of the handle, and to exert a compressive spring force on the necked-down portion that decreases with increasing depth of insertion.
