Delivering biological drugs to tissues
Disclosed herein are fusion proteins for use in treating an inflammatory or immune disorder and methods of use. In some examples, the fusion proteins include an anchor domain and a therapeutic polypeptide. In some examples, the fusion proteins and methods herein can be used to treat inflammatory or immune disorders.
ANTI-HUMAN IL6 MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
The present invention provide anti-human IL6 monoclonal antibodies, amino acid sequences of the variable region of the heavy chain and of the variable region of the light chain thereof, and encoding nucleotide sequences thereof. The present invention also provides a method for preparing the anti-human IL6 monoclonal antibodies and use of the anti-human IL6 monoclonal antibodies in the preparation of an antitumor drug. The present anti-human IL6 monoclonal antibodies can inhibit cell proliferation by blocking an IL6 signal pathway, thereby achieving the purpose of tumor immunotherapy.
EPHA3 DIRECTED CAR-T CELLS FOR TREATMENT OF TUMORS
This invention provides chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) targeting human EphA3 and dual targeting CARs that bind to human EphA3 and to human mutant epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvIII). This invention also relates to CAR-T cells comprising the provided CARs or the dual targeting CARs. Methods for treating a solid tumor cancer by administering the CARs are provided.
SINGLE DOMAIN ANTIBODIES DIRECTED AGAINST INTRACELLULAR ANTIGENS
This invention provides compositions and methods to prevent aberrant cell proliferation in a subject using a single-domain antibody (sdAb) directed against an intracellular component, wherein the aberrant cell proliferation can be cancer. The sdAb is synergistic with one or more chemotherapeutic drugs and improves therapeutic efficacy of the one or more chemotherapeutic drug against cancer. The invention also includes a method of treating viral infections using a sdAb, wherein the sbAb inhibits the replication of viruses such as Ebola virus and Zika virus in infected cells.
Fully humanized anti-platelet factor 4 antibodies that treat heparin-induced thrombocytopenia
Provided herein are isolated antibodies or antibody fragments thereof that immunospecifically bind to platelet factor 4 (PF4). In some embodiments the isolated antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof comprise a light chain CDR and framework region comprising SEQ ID NO: 4 and a heavy chain CDR and framework region comprising SEQ ID NO: 10. Also provided herein are methods for treating heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) and methods for reducing the likelihood that subject will become afflicted with HIT. Further disclosed are uses of the isolated antibodies or antibody fragments in the treatment of HIT or the manufacture of compositions for the treatment of HIT.

USE OF IL-1BETA BINDING ANTIBODIES
Use of an IL-1β binding antibody or a functional fragment thereof, especially canakinumab or a functional fragment thereof, or gevokizumab or a functional fragment thereof, and biomarkers for the treatment and/or prevention of cancer with at least partial inflammatory basis.
METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS INVOLVING CHIMERIC BINDING POLYPEPTIDES
The current disclosure provides polypeptide, nucleic acid, compositions, and methods for treating or preventing CRS in patients in need thereof, particularly for those receiving an immunotherapy, such as a cancer immunotherapy, that may provoke a CRS response. Accordingly, aspects of the disclosure relate to a chimeric binding polypeptides comprising a heavy chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 attached by a heterologous linker to a light chain variable region comprising CDR4, CDR5, and CDR6.
ANTI-IL-27 ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to anti-IL-27 antibodies, and antigen-binding portions thereof. The disclosure also relates to methods for treating or ameliorating one or more symptoms of a disease, such as cancer, by administering the antibodies or antigen-binding portion thereof at a dose of at least about 0.003 mg/kg to at least about 20 mg/kg.
ARTIFICIAL ANTIGEN PRESENTING MOLECULES AND THEIR USES
The present invention relates to artificial Antigen Presenting Cells (aAPCs) comprising artificial Antigen Presenting Molecules (aAPMs) and, in particular, comprising dimers of the aAPMs as well as to methods for producing aAPCs. The invention further relates to compositions comprising the aAPCs and to vectors encoding the aAPMs of the aAPCs. Embodiments of the invention have been particularly developed for use in assays for determining an antigen-specific T cell response or a plurality of antigen-specific T cell responses and will be described hereinafter with reference to this application. However, it will be appreciated that the invention is not limited to this particular field of use.
