IL-1β neutralizing human monoclonal antibodies
The present invention is directed to antigen binding proteins and in particular to IL-1β antigen binding proteins. The present invention further provides compositions comprising the antigen binding proteins, use of the antigen binding proteins and methods for production.
Method of reducing mesothelin-expressing tumor burden by administration of T cells comprising mesothelin-targeted chimeric antigen receptors
The presently disclosed subject matter provides for methods and compositions for enhancing the immune response toward cancers and pathogens. It relates to chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that specifically target human mesothelin, and immunoresponsive cells comprising such CARs. The presently disclosed mesothelin-targeted CARs have enhanced immune-activating properties, including anti-tumor activity.
Canine antibody libraries
The present invention provides synthetic canine antibody libraries, as well as polypeptides, nucleic acids, vectors, host cells and methods used in conjunction with these libraries. The present invention also provides antibodies isolated from such libraries.

Anti-PVRIG and anti-TIGIT antibodies are provided.
CHIMERIC ANTIGEN RECEPTORS TARGETING FC RECEPTOR-LIKE 5 AND USES THEREOF
The presently disclosed subject matter provides for methods and compositions for treating a neoplasia (e.g., multiple myeloma). It relates to chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that specifically target Fc Receptor-like 5 (FcRL5), e.g., domain 9 of FcRL5, and immunoresponsive cells comprising such CARs. The presently disclosed FcRL5-targeted CARs have enhanced immune-activating properties, including anti-tumor activity.
REVERSIBLY INHIBITED BINDING MOLECULES
Reversibly inhibited antibodies are disclosed, suitable for treatment of diseases such as cancer. The reversibly inhibited antibodies are such that they regain their activity on illumination, for example with UV light. Compositions containing such antibodies, methods of preparation of such antibodies and methods of use of such antibodies are also disclosed. The moiety employed to provide reversible inhibition may comprise a hydrophilic polymer such as polyethylene glycol.
Systematic creation of fluorescent fusion polypeptides
A method for creating a plasmid for use in producing a chimeric antibody, comprising (a) receiving a FAB region of the antibody; (b) receiving a fluorescent protein; (c) receiving a linker having length of at least 5 amino acids; (d) using the Gibson assembly process to join the FAB region, the fluorescent protein, and the linker into an expression plasmid.
ANTI-B7-H3 MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Provided herein are agents, such as antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, or chimeric antigen receptors, that target B7-H3. Methods of treating cancer are provided, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof an effective amount of an B7-H3-targeting agent. The patient may be selected for treatment if the cancer expresses an increased level of B7-H3.
METHOD FOR SELECTION AND PRODUCTION OF TAILOR-MADE HIGHLY SELECTIVE AND MULTI-SPECIFIC TARGETING ENTITIES CONTAINING AT LEAST TWO DIFFERENT BINDING ENTITIES AND USES THEREOF
Herein is reported a method for producing a bispecific antibody comprising the step of incubating (i) an antibody Fab fragment or a scFv antibody comprising within the 20 C-terminal amino acid residues the amino acid sequence LPX1TG (SEQ ID NO: 01), (ii) a one-armed antibody comprising a full length antibody heavy chain, a full length antibody light chain, and an Fc-heavy chain, whereby the full length antibody heavy chain and the full length antibody light chain are cognate antibody chains that thereof forms an antigen binding site, whereby the full length antibody heavy chain and the Fc-heavy chain are covalently linked to each other via one or more disulfide bonds forming an antibody hinge region, and whereby the Fc-heavy chain has an oligoglycine amino acid sequence at its N-terminus, and (iii) a Sortase A enzyme.
FABS-IN-TANDEM IMMUNOGLOBULIN AND USES THEREOF
The present invention provides multivalent and multispecific binding proteins that are capable of binding two or more antigens, or two or more epitopes. The present invention also provides methods of making and using such multivalent and multispecific binding proteins, including methods of using such binding proteins for prevention or treatment of various diseases, or for detecting specific antigens in vitro or in vivo.
