WELDLESS SUPPORT BEAM FOR RACK SHELVING
A shelving support member includes a unitary member of a bent sheet material and defining a support portion extending along an axis to a first end and a retention portion disposed at the first end of the support portion. The retention portion defines a base extending congruently with the support portion at least partially along the axis and to a first fold in the member. A reinforcement portion extends from the first fold along and in contact with the base. A first punched area is defined in an aligned manner through both the base and the reinforcement portion of the retention portion.

The wine rack storage apparatus includes a mounting C-bracket detachably coupled to studs of the wall possessing elongated adjustment holes top and bottom. The C-brackets support a horizontal main wall connector which in turn supports a series of wine bottle support arms, connected metal bottle support arms configured to accept the shape of wine bottles.
Dual Side Post for Multiple Shelving Apparatus
A dual side post, which is arranged for a multiple shelving apparatus constructed by two or more shelving apparatus each including a plurality of shelf supporting beams and a plurality of cross members, includes a plurality of vertical posts. Each vertical post has an inner attachment surface, a plurality of attachment slots spacedly formed at the inner attachment surface, and a retention slot formed on the inner attachment surface for coupling with the cross member. The attachment slots are lined up in two columns that the retention slot is located between the two columns of the attachment slots. One of the vertical posts serves as a common post that the two columns of the attachment slots thereof are arranged for respectively coupling two of the shelf supporting beams at opposite directions so as to interconnect two or more shelving apparatus to form the multiple shelving apparatus.
SHELF SUPPORT BEAMS AND SHELVING UNITS UTILIZING SAME
A shelf support beam (80, 130, 200) for use in a shelving unit (10) to support a shelf (22). A structural member (82, 132, 202) has a C-shaped cross-section. A web (94, 144, 216) separates a top flange (96, 146, 220) from a bottom flange (112, 162, 234). The top flange (96, 146, 220) is configured to support the shelf (22). The web (94, 144, 216), the top flange (96, 146, 220), and the bottom flange (112, 162, 234) define a channel (92, 142, 214) of the member (82, 132, 202). The channel (92, 142, 214) defines a cavity height (C1, D1, E1). The top flange (96, 146, 220) and the bottom flange (112, 162, 234) define a top flange width (C2, D2, E2) and a bottom flange width (C3, D3, E3), respectively. A ratio of the cavity height (C1, D1, E1) to a sum of the top flange width (C2, D2, E2) and the bottom flange width (C3, D3, E3) is greater than 1, is at least 1.20, or is about 1.40. The C-shaped cross-section has a moment of inertia (98, 148, 238) of greater than 0.40, greater than 0.45, or at least 0.46. The top flange (96, 146, 220) includes an elevated portion (100, 150, 222) and a lower or shelf support portion (104, 154, 226) separated by a sidewall (106, 156, 230).
EQUIPMENT RACK HAVING MOUNTING RAILS
An equipment rack, mounting rails for the equipment rack, and associated methods. The mounting rails are selectively movable on a frame of the equipment rack and can be clamped to secure the mounting rails to the frame. A clamp of the mounting rail can include a clamp arm having a clamped position and an unclamped position and a lever arm for moving the clamp arm between the clamped and unclamped positions.
FLOATING SHELF BRACKETS AND METHODS OF USING SAME
A floating shelf includes a plank shelf, and a floating shelf bracket, configured to support the plank shelf, including a support connector and two or more shelf supports attached to one another by the support connector. The support connector and the two or more shelf supports may be permanently attached to one another so that the floating shelf bracket is a unitary, single-piece bracket. The support connector and the two or more shelf supports may be removably attached to one another.
Coupling system and construction including same
A present application is directed to a shelving system having a coupling system comprising a tab coupler and a socket coupler, said tab coupler comprising a locking tab extending from a locking face along a locking axis and configured with a round, T-like sectioned shape; said socket coupler comprising a U-shaped locking socket projecting from a mounting face of the socket coupler along a coupler axis and configured with a U-shaped tab arresting groove; the coupling system is configurable between an unlocked position whereat the locking socket slidingly receives the locking tab so that the locking axis and the coupler axis coincide, and a locked position upon rotating one of the tab coupler and the socket coupler about the coinciding axes, entailing snugly arresting of the locking tab by the locking socket, preventing sliding displacement and axial displacement along the coinciding axes.
STORAGE RACK
A storage rack is provided. The storage rack includes a plurality of upright supports and a shelf support supported by each of the plurality of upright supports. The plurality of upright supports include a first upright support, a second upright support, a third upright support, and a fourth upright support each having an opening. The shelf support includes a shelf beam extending between the first and second upright supports. The shelf beam includes a body, a first tab, and a second tab. The first and second tabs each extend outwardly from an end of the body and are configured to engage the first upright support at opposing sides of the opening of the first upright support in order to detachably connect the shelf beam to the first upright support.
