The present invention relates to high-voltage components, especially for electromobility, containing polymer compositions based on at least one polyester and at least one sulfide containing cerium, and to the use thereof for production of polyester-based high-voltage components or for marking of polyester-based products as high-voltage components by laser.
ORGANOSILOXANE-BASED SURFACE TREATMENTS FOR ENHANCING THE ADHESION AND LUBRICITY OF METAL SURFACES
Compositions for treating a substrate to provide increased lubricity to portions of the substrate surface that come into contact with the surface of a mating component are provided. The treated substrates provide improved lubricity, while maintaining adhesion between the surface of the substrate and an overlying polymer coating and imparting corrosion resistance to the substrate surface. The compositions include a silanol coupling agent in combination with lubricating particles, and an acid, which are dissolved or dispersed in a mixture of organic solvent and water.
Nanolog and nanoparticles and method of formation
A nanostructure is provided that in one embodiment includes a cluster of cylindrical bodies. Each of the cylindrical bodies in the cluster are substantially aligned with one another so that their lengths are substantially parallel. The composition of the cylindrical bodies include tungsten (W) and sulfur (S), and each of the cylindrical bodies has a geometry with at least one dimension that is in the nanoscale. Each cluster of cylindrical bodies may have a width dimension ranging from 0.2 microns to 5.0 microns, and a length greater than 5.0 microns. In some embodiments, the cylindrical bodies are composed of tungsten disulfide (WS.sub.2). In another embodiment the nanolog is a particle comprised of external concentric disulfide layers which encloses internal disulfide folds and regions of oxide. Proportions between disulfide and oxide can be tailored by thermal treatment and/or extent of initial synthesis reaction.
Layered-substance-containing solution and method of manufacturing same
A solution is prepared that contains (A) a polymer compound that includes at least one of a hydrolyzable polymer compound or a thermally-decomposable polymer compound, (B) an oxoacid-based compound that includes at least one of a phosphate-based compound, a sulfate-based compound, a sulfonate-based compound, or a perchlorate-based compound, and (C) a laminate of layered substances, and the solution is irradiated with at least one of sonic waves or radio waves, or the solution is heated.
ORGANIC-INORGANIC NANOCOMPOSITE GEL AND OIL-BASED DRILLING FLUID
The invention discloses an organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel sealing agent and oil-based drilling fluid. The sealing agent used for the oil-based drilling fluid is organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel, and the synthetic raw materials of the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel includes molybdenum disulfide, 2-ethyl acrylic acid, N, N-dimethylacrylamide and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide; the drilling fluid includes the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel provided by the invention. The organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is used as a nano sealing agent, the particle size distribution of the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is 50-200 nm, the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel can effectively prevent drilling fluid filtrate from intruding into stratums and prevent accidents such as borehole wall collapse, the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is particularly suitable for nano-sealing of shale stratums, and the preparation method of the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is reliable in principle and has a wide market prospect.
