A film comprising a propylene-based copolymer composition and a polybutene elastomer is also provided. The film can have the propylene-based copolymer composition and the polybutene elastomer as separate layers in a multilayer structure or a single layer can be formed from a blend of the propylene-based copolymer composition and the polybutene elastomer. Methods for making the compositions and films are also provided.
