AZACYANINE DYES AND USE THEREOF
The application provides fluorescent dyes, which are cyanine dyes that incorporate additional aza moieties in the indolenium heterocycles and/or in the methine chains connecting them. Symmetrical and unsymmetrical chemically reactive azacyanine dyes are described for conjugation, as well as their bioconjugates for in-vitro and in-vivo assays and fluorescence imaging.
CA IX - NIR DYES AND THEIR USES
The present disclosure relates to compounds that are useful as near-infrared fluorescence probes, wherein the compounds include i) a ligand that binds to the active site of carbonic anhydrase, ii) a dye molecule, and iii) a linker molecule that comprises an amino acid, amide, ureido, or polyethylene glycol derivative thereof. The disclosure further describes methods and compositions for making and using the compounds, methods incorporating the compounds, and kits incorporating the compounds.
Nanoprobe-metal chelator complexes
Provided herein are compounds that are able to bind metal ions (e.g., free metal ions or metal ions bound to low affinity ligands) in a sample or subject. Also provided herein are methods of using the compounds for chelating metal ions and for the treatment of diseases associated with abnormal levels of metal ions. Methods of preparing the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions are also provided.

Fluorescent dye, preparation method therefor and use thereof
Disclosed are a fluorescent dye, a preparation method and an application thereof. The fluorescent dye has a structure of formula (I), where X and Y are independently selected from O, S, C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 and NR.sub.6; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently hydrogen or a functional group; R.sub.1, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are independently selected from functional groups; and Z.sup. is a negative ion. The fluorescent dye has an ability to permeate the living cell membrane, so that it can be used in the fluorescence imaging of living cell microstructures, and can also be used in the STED super-resolution fluorescence imaging and laser scanning confocal microscopy of live cells.
A DOUBLE-LABELED PROBE FOR MOLECULAR IMAGING AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a compound of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof of formula (I) wherein (A) is at least one motif specifically binding to cell membranes of neoplastic cells; (B) at least one chelator moiety of radiometals; (C) a dye moiety; x.sub.1 is a spacer or a chemical single bond covalently connecting (A) to the rest of the molecule; x.sub.2 is a spacer or a chemical single bond covalently connecting (C) to the rest of the molecule. The invention further relates to compositions comprising said compounds as well as a method for detecting neoplastic cells in a sample in vitro with the aid of the compounds or composition.
