Base coats and methods of producing the same
Base coats and methods of producing the same are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, a method of producing a base coat includes forming a CPO intermediate and a color intermediate. The CPO intermediate includes a CPO solvent and a chlorinated polyolefin, where the chlorinated polyolefin is present in the CPO intermediate at from about 5 to about 20 weight percent, based on a total weight of the CPO intermediate. The color intermediate includes a color imparting additive and a color solvent that is different than the CPO solvent. The CPO intermediate and the color intermediate are combined to form the base coat.
Improved Non-Stick Coating
The purpose of the present invention is the use of (Bi.sub.1-xA.sub.x)(V.sub.1-yM.sub.y)0.sub.4 in a non-stick coating for a household article so as to reduce or prevent the color change of said coating during the manufacturing process thereof, characterised in that: —x is equal to 0 or x is from 0.001 to 0.999; —y is equal to 0 or y is from 0.001 to 0.999; —A and Mare selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, phosphorus, an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, a transition metal, a poor metal, a metalloid or a lanthanide; —A and M are different from each other.

DISPERSION COMPOSITION
An alcohol-based composition may contain an acryl-modified polyolefin resin and exhibit a good adhesion even at a high solid content, suppress an increase in viscosity, and have good stability such as dispersibility and sustainable stability. A dispersion composition may contain at least a modified polyolefin resin dispersed in a dispersing medium containing an alcohol solvent and an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent. The modified polyolefin resin may be modified with a (meth)acrylic acid component containing at least a (meth)acrylic ester of formula (I) and a (meth)acrylic ester of formula (II). The total content of the structure derived from the (meth)acrylic acid component in the dispersion composition is 3% to 94% by weight, relative to 100% by weight as a total amount of the modified polyolefin resin and (meth)acrylic acid component polymer, and a solid fraction in the dispersion composition is 30% to 80% by weight.

STRESS-RESISTANT EXTRUDATES
Compositions and articles comprising a stress and crack resistant component comprising a thermoplastic component and an elongation component. In some examples, the invention is directed to a stress and crack resistant component comprising a thermoplastic component, an elongation modifier component and an elongation temperer; in preferred examples the thermoplastic component comprises a polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG) copolyester, the elongation modifier component comprises a halogenated polyolefin having a heat of fusion of 1 J/g or less, and the elongation temperer comprises a poly(styrene acrylonitrile) (SAN).
In preferred examples the stress-resistant component is comprised as an coating component covering at least one surface of a substrate, such as one comprising a medium density fiberboard (MDF), a particle board, an oriented strand board, fiberglass, a natural wood, a composite wood product, and a synthetic substrate. The stress-resistant component is preferably, though not invariably, produced by extrusion. The invention is also directed to articles, such as extrusion profiles, comprising the stress-resistant component, and methods of making such articles.
