The invention of the present application is a laminate in which thermoplastic polyurethane is used, excellent antifouling and adhesion properties are obtained, and glue residue is minimized. The laminate is provided with a substrate film formed from thermoplastic polyurethane, and an adhesive layer formed on one surface side of the substrate film. The substrate film has a surface layer on the opposite side of the first surface, a mixture of the thermoplastic polyurethane and a curable resin composition being present in the surface layer. The content ratio of the curable resin composition is configured so as to gradually decrease from the surface of the surface layer towards the interior of the substrate film. The curable resin composition contains at least one fluorine compound selected from the group consisting of fluorosilsesquioxane and fluorosilsesquioxane polymers, and a curable resin. The adhesive layer has a surface roughness of 350-750 nm.

Also provided herein is a process for preparing plastic/thermoplastic/resin materials, especially polycarbonate/cured silicone elastomer materials, and articles and composite parts made from such curable silicone rubber compositions. The silicone rubber compositions generally comprise one or more organopolysiloxanes containing at least 2 alkenyl groups per molecule and having a viscosity of greater than 1,000,000 mPa.Math.s at 25 C.; an organopolysiloxane containing at least 2 silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; a platinum group catalyst; reinforcing and/or non-reinforcing fillers; and one or more rubber modified epoxy resins.
Polysiloxane Urethane Compounds and Optically Transparent Adhesive Compositions
Disclosed is a terminally functionalized polysiloxane urethane polymer comprising: polysiloxane segments comprising from 50 to 98% by weight based on the total polymer weight; urethane segments comprising from 2 to 50% by weight based on the total polymer weight; and terminal functional groups selected from (meth)acrylate functional groups, alkoxysilyl functional groups and mixtures thereof. The terminally functionalized polysiloxane urethane polymer finds use in liquid optically clear adhesive formulations wherein it can provide dual photo and moisture cure properties. In some embodiments cured reaction products of the liquid optically clear adhesive composition prepared with the terminally functionalized polysiloxane urethane polymer exhibit low haze of 2% or less and low yellowness b* values of 2 or less as prepared and after aging testing. In some embodiments cured reaction products of the liquid optically clear adhesive composition prepared with the terminally functionalized polysiloxane urethane polymer exhibit minimal shrinkage and a stable compression storage modulus from 40 to 100 C.

CONTROL OF ADHESIVE DOMAINS
A method of inverting the phase arrangement of the silicone phase and the acrylic phase in a silicone acrylic hybrid composition, the silicone acrylic hybrid composition comprising: a) a silicone acrylic hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive, and b) a solvent, wherein the phase arrangement of the silicone phase and the acrylic phase in the initial silicone acrylic hybrid composition forming a continuous external phase and a discontinuous internal phase is determined by the solvent, comprising the step of adding an activator to the silicone acrylic hybrid composition, wherein the activator a) is liquid at 20 C. and 1013 mbar, b) has a boiling point which is higher than the boiling point of the solvent and/or has a vapor pressure at 20 C. which is lower than the vapor pressure of the solvent contained in the silicone acrylic hybrid composition, and c) provides better dissolution properties for the inner phase of the initial silicone acrylic hybrid composition than the solvent contained in the silicone acrylic hybrid composition.
Adhesive composition for photocurable interface and surface modification method of substrate using the same
The present invention relates to an adhesive composition capable of improving adhesion force between two interfaces through thermal crosslinking and photo-crosslinking of a substrate and a resin, or a resin and a resin, in processes for optical devices and electronic devices, and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to an adhesive composition capable of adhering an interface between a substrate and a photocurable resin, and a method of adhering an interface using the same.
One-pot process of making silicone-acrylic hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive compositions
The invention related to a one-pot process of making a single-phase silicone-acrylic hybrid adhesive composition comprising acrylic polymer and silicone polymer that are covalently bonded through a SiOSi linkage. The acrylic polymer contains at least one hydrolyzable silane (meth)acrylic monomer or siloxane (meth)acrylic macromer. These functional moieties provide reaction sites to form SiOSi bond by reacting hydrolyzable groups in the silicone polymer in the presence of a base or acid catalyst and water. The formed covalent bonds between the two incompatible systems of silicone polymer and acrylic polymer prevents phase separation and thereby a permanent, homogeneous single-phase system is formed.
