The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a coating, a coated substrate, an adhesive, film or sheet, which process comprises the application of a formulation mixture containing a reactive system onto a substrate. According to the invention a low VOC formulation mixture is used, wherein more than 40% of the carbon in the combined amount of the formulation mixture is modern carbon according to ASTM D6866.

The invention relates to an adhesive dual-component composition based on polyurethane, comprising an —NCO component and an —OH component such that: the —NCO component is a composition comprising: A) at least one polyurethane prepolymer comprising at least two NCO terminal groups obtained by the polyaddition reaction of at least one dissymmetric diisocyanate monomer and at least one diol, and B) at least one triisocyanate selected from isocyanurates, biurets, diisocyanate and triol adducts, and the mixtures thereof; the —OH component is a composition comprising at least one polyol; at least one of the polyols or diols is selected from polyether polyols (or polyether diols); at least one of the polyols or diols is selected from polyester polyols (or polyester diols); and the weight ratio of the quantity of polyether polyol(s) to the quantity of polyester polyol(s), defined as r.sub.4, ranges from 0.6 to 2.2.

Moisture-Curable Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive Composition with Oleic Chemical Resistance
A moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive composition having good oleic acid resistance, especially when exposed to 100% pure oleic acid under aging condition of 65° C. and 90% relative humidity, wherein the adhesive composition comprises, consists essentially of or consists of a moisture-curable polyurethane prepolymer, the prepolymer being a reaction product of at least one amorphous polyester polyol containing an aromatic group and at least one polyisocyanate, preferably at least one polyisocyanate containing an aromatic group, wherein the aromatic group is comprised in the polyurethane prepolymer in a content of no less than 23 wt. %, preferably no less than 25 wt. %, more preferably no less than 30 wt. %.

A POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION HAVING LOW TOTAL VOC CONTENT CAPABLE OF RAPID CURING WITH NO NEED OF PRIMER
A polyurethane composition includes, based on the total weight of the composition, A) 20-35 wt % of polyurethane prepolymer PU-1 which is a reaction product of ethylene oxide (EO)-terminated polyether triol with an aromatic polyisocyanate, and B) 0.2-3 wt % of polyurethane prepolymer PU-2 which is a reaction product of polyester polyol with an aromatic polyisocyanate. The composition has a low TVOC content, has a good adhesion without the need of primer, can cure rapidly with a high initial bonding strength, while keeping good mechanical properties.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FILLED POLYURETHANE PARTICLES
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a solids-incorporating polymer comprising the steps of: I) providing an aqueous polymer dispersion, the dispersion comprising crystallizing polyurethane particles having a mean particle size of ≤500 nm and further comprising inorganic particles; II) storing the dispersion of step I) at a temperature of ≤0° C. until a precipitate is formed; III) Isolating the precipitate of step II) and IV) removing water from the isolated precipitate of step III), thereby obtaining a water-depleted precipitate. The invention also relates to a solid particulate composition which is obtainable by the method and the use of the composition as a build material in additive manufacturing processes, as a coating, an adhesive or as a rubber.
