A chair preferably configured for conversion between a preferred storage configuration and at least one preferred use configuration. When in one of the use configurations, the chair may have a recliner mechanism which allows the angle of the back support assembly relative to the seat frame to be progressively changed such that the back support assembly may be positioned at a reclined angular position. When in the preferred storage configuration, the back support assembly may be positioned at least partially within the seat frame to decrease the area of the footprint of the chair to facilitate storage of the chair.

Invention relates to a furniture assembly comprising a base configured to support a soft seat member. The base is formed in one piece by a rotational molding process.

A foldable seat comprises a vertically extending support arrangement, a seat member and a pivot assembly. The vertically extending support arrangement has a vertical axis and a horizontal plane and comprises opposite top and bottom ends along the vertical axis, and a geometric outer perimeter in the horizontal plane having a perimeter size. The seat member is mounted to the top end of the vertically extending support arrangement. The pivot assembly is mounted to the vertically extending support arrangement for pivoting about a pivot axis parallel to the vertical axis. Pivoting the pivot assembly provides for moving the vertically extending support arrangement between folded and unfolded positions respectively decreasing and increasing the perimeter size.

A knock-down furniture assembly includes (a) a seating assembly having a plurality of first end connectors and a plurality of second end connectors; (b) a first arm having a plurality of first arm connectors, each first arm connector and a corresponding first end connector defining a first pair of interlockable connectors for removably attaching the first arm to the seating assembly; and (c) a second arm including a plurality of second arm connectors, each second arm connector and a corresponding second end connector defining a second pair of interlockable connectors for removably attaching the second arm to the seating assembly.
