OVEN HAVING AN H-SHAPED ROTATING DOOR
An oven comprising a housing, a cavity, an H-shaped rotating door, a motor and a heat source is disclosed. The cavity, which includes an opening, is located within the housing. The H-shaped rotating door, which can be rotated by the motor, includes a first food loading section and a second food loading section. The H-shaped rotating door also serves as a cover to prevent heat within the cavity from escaping through the opening. The heat source provides heat to the cavity to heat up any food item placed on one of the food loading sections located within the cavity.
Automatic baking machine
An automatic baking machine includes a loading unit having a plurality of carriers on a first conveyor configured for receipt of individual goods to be baked. A downstream oven unit has a transportation device to transport the goods received from the loading unit through the oven unit. A delivery unit is arranged downstream from the oven unit and includes a second conveyor with a plurality of carriers for receipt of baked goods from the transportation device. A vertically stationary linear conveyor is arranged between the first conveyor and the transportation device, wherein the goods to be baked are transferred from the first conveyor to the linear conveyor, conveyed by the linear conveyor in a vertically fixed plane, and transferred from the linear conveyor to the transportation device.
Automated bun handling and toasting system and method
A new and improved automated bun handling and toasting system and method are disclosed comprising a plurality of horizontally oriented bun storage tubes mounted upon a carousel, and an indexing system operatively connected to the carousel so as to rotate the carousel in a predetermined incremental manner and thereby dispose a particular one of the plurality of horizontally oriented bun storage tubes at a predetermined discharge position such that a bun can be discharged from the particular bun storage tube. The discharged bun has a vertical orientation, however, a bun separator separates the bun into its crown and heel bun segments which then attain horizontal orientations with the internal surface portions facing upwardly so as to pass through a toaster appliance so as to be toasted.

Pizza oven
The present invention relates to a small, lightweight, portable or easily removable high temperature oven with a rotating floor, designed to bake one pizza at a time, and operate between 30 and 1400 F., with mechanisms to independently regulate the temperature of the dome and the floor of the oven, using thermocouples, infrared sensors, other temperature sensors, industrial oven controllers, other programmable logic controllers, solenoid gas valves, or proportional response gas valves, baffles and ventilation systems and other heat sources, control sensing and regulation systems, to imitate the baking conditions of a heavy ceramic traditional Italian cupola oven. Different embodiments include portable catering ovens, food truck ovens, very small pizzeria ovens, and residential ovens with automatic controls, that are approximately conventional residential countertop depth.
