Outdoor Chair Assembly and Method of Making Same
A chair assembly has a supporting frame and a separate seat and back section. The supporting frame is made of metal and has four legs and at least two horizontal side bars. The seat and back section has a seat portion, a back portion, a seat sock fitted over the seat portion, and a back sock fitted over the back portion. Each sock has a fabric material formed into a sock-like configuration having an upper layer and a lower layer, with three sides being sewn or stitched together, and having one open side, and having a Velcro lip along the open side. Each side bar of the seat portion is connected to a separate horizontal side bar of the supporting frame.
Chair Frame With Injection Molded Foam Padding
A chair having a first frame portion with a backrest support and a rear leg portion at least part of the backrest support and the leg portion being formed from a single piece. A second frame portion has a seat support and a front leg portion extending in a direction transverse to the seat support, the seat support in a fixed position relative to the backrest support. The backrest support molded thereover in foam, the backrest support being substantially peripherally located around the foam of the backrest and the backrest being provided free from rigid supports extending across a middle portion of the backrest. The seat support molded thereover in foam, the seat support being substantially peripherally located around the foam of the seat and the seat being provided free from rigid supports extending across a middle portion of the seat.

Fabric for modular chair
Fabric for a modular chair suitable for defining a surface in use and for supporting a user when seated on the chair, and a perimeter area defined by edges of the surface. The fabric includes, at the surface, a periodic weave, the base of which includes at least one main filament, inside of which at least one secondary filament is also inserted, arranged in a weft along a predetermined trajectory. The main filament and the secondary filament are mutually and tightly attached at the perimeter area. The fabric includes at least one spool defining a long element trapped inside part of the fabric along the perimeter area wherein the weaving of the main filament creates a tubular shape suitable for housing the spool, and the secondary filament at least partially wraps the spool to mutually block the main filament and the secondary filament at the spool.

Modular chair
A modular chair including a support portion to allow the support of a user on it and including a frame and a fabric. The fabric defines a surface suitable to support the user and a perimetral area defined by the edges of the surface. The frame defines, in use, a closed profile and is suitable to support the fabric in tension along at least part of the perimetral area, and comprises at least two parts separate and reciprocally loosely connected by two hinges arranged respectively at the ends of said parts to define a configuration of use in which the parts form the frame and a configuration of rest in which the parts are folded together. The hinges define two respective axes of rotation mutually aligned. The frame tensions the fabric only when the parts are in the configuration of use.
