A solvent free-type photocurable resin composition for a polarizing plate protective layer includes an acryl-based prepolymer comprising a (meth)acrylate-based monomer as a polymerization unit; and an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent, wherein the acryl-based prepolymer is in a partially polymerized state, and viscosity at 25 C. is greater than or equal to 50 cPs and less than or equal to 300 cPs. A polarizing plate including the solvent free-type photocurable resin composition, and an image display device including the polarizing plate is also provided.

In some embodiments, an adhesive composition includes 3-ethyl-3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)methyloxetane, 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane, 3,3-oxybis(methylene)bis(3-ethyloxetane), an acryl-based compound, an aromatic epoxy compound, and an alicyclic epoxy compound, wherein the 3-ethyl-3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)methyloxetane is present in an amount of 20 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight, the 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane is present in 2 parts by weight to 8 parts by weight, the 3,3-oxybis(methylene)bis(3-ethyloxetane) is present in 2 parts by weight to 8 parts by weight, the acryl-based compound is present in 5 parts by weight to 20 parts by weight, the aromatic epoxy compound is present in 7 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight, and the alicyclic epoxy compound is present in 10 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive composition.

In some embodiments, an adhesive composition includes 3-ethyl-3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)methyloxetane, 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane, 3,3-oxybis(methylene)bis(3-ethyloxetane), an aromatic epoxy compound, and an alicyclic epoxy compound, wherein the 3-ethyl-3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)methyloxetane is present in an amount of 20 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight, the 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane is present in an amount of 2 parts by weight to 8 parts by weight, the 3,3-oxybis(methylene)bis(3-ethyloxetane) is present in an amount of 2 parts by weight to 8 parts by weight, the aromatic epoxy compound is present in an amount of 7 parts by weight to 38 parts by weight, and the alicyclic epoxy compound is present in amount of 10 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive composition.

Embodiments of this disclosure pertain to a laminate including a first substrate, an interlayer and a light responsive material disposed on the first substrate, and a second substrate disposed on the interlayer. The laminate may be complexly curved. The light responsive material may include any one or more of an electrochromic material, a photochromic material, a suspended particle material, a micro-blind material and a liquid crystal material. In one or more embodiments, the laminate comprises a display unit disposed between the first and second substrate. Methods for forming the laminate are also disclosed.
