HYDROCARBON RECOVERY FACILITY
A hydrocarbon recovery facility includes: a washing column configured to bring a gas and water into contact to deposit a hydrocarbon contained in the gas into the water; an automatic strainer for continuously removing the hydrocarbon together with part of the water from the water mixed with the hydrocarbon; an oil-water mixing drum for mixing the water and the hydrocarbon removed by the automatic strainer with an organic solvent to prepare an oil-water mixture; and an oil-water separation drum for separating the oil-water mixture prepared in the oil-water mixing drum into an oil phase and a water phase.
Particulate classification vessel having gas distributor valve for recovering contaminants from bed material
A multi-stage product gas generation system converts a carbonaceous material, such as municipal solid waste, into a product gas which may subsequently be converted into a liquid fuel or other material. One or more reactors containing bed material may be used to conduct reactions to effect the conversions. Unreacted inert feedstock contaminants present in the carbonaceous material may be separated from bed material using a portion of the product gas. A heat transfer medium collecting heat from a reaction in one stage may be applied as a reactant input in another, earlier stage.

Furnace wall, gasification unit and integrated gasification combined cycle, and method of manufacturing furnace wall
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a furnace wall in which a throat section with a smaller channel diameter than other regions can be formed using all peripheral wall tubes. Provided is a furnace wall comprising: a plurality of peripheral wall tubes (142), which are disposed so as to form a cylindrical shape when aligned in one direction and through the interior of which cooling water flows; and fins (140) that connect neighboring peripheral wall tubes (142) in an airtight manner. In a throat section in which the diameter of a horizontal cross-section of the cylindrical shape is reduced in comparison to other regions, the peripheral wall tubes (142) are disposed so as to be in mutual contact and the fins (140) are disposed on the inner circumferential sides of the cylindrical shapes.
Internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier and air distributor therein for generating stepped constrained wind
The present disclosure provides an internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier and an air distributor therein for generating a stepped constrained wind. The air distributor includes a gas-material mixture through hole and a plurality of vent holes. Each of the vent holes is designed to have a winding path. Due to the winding paths of the vent holes and an arrangement of converging outlets of the vent holes to the gas-material mixture through hole, which is in communication with a furnace chamber, the present disclosure enables a gas entering the furnace chamber to form a stepped constrained wind and effectively prevents solid-phase materials in the furnace chamber from leaking into a gas mixture chamber. The internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier can achieve self-circulation combustion gasification for multiple times and a well-controlled gasification temperature, resulting in a high coal gasification efficiency without an ash leakage.
PIPE MEMBER, GASIFICATION COMBINED POWER GENERATION DEVICE, AND PIPE MEMBER ASSEMBLY METHOD
In order to allow for thermal elongation of a liner, a pipe member, in the interior of which flows a fluid containing solids, is provided with: a tubular outer pipe; a single tubular liner provided inside the outer pipe with a gap therebetween in the radial direction, or a plurality thereof arranged serially in the direction of the pipe axis C; a refractory material filled in between the outer pipe and the liner; a first liner holding member that is provided on an end portion side of the outer pipe, and that holds the liner arranged on the end portion side in a restrained state in the pipe axis C direction and the circumferential direction around the pipe axis C; and a second liner holding member that is provided on an end portion side of the outer pipe, and that holds the liner arranged on the end portion side.

Method For The Production Of Synthesis Gas
Disclosed is a process for the production of synthesis gas by plasma gasification of solid and/or liquid carbon-containing or hydrocarbon-containing material comprising the steps: (i) providing a solid and/or liquid feedstock comprising particulate carbon- or hydrocarbon-containing material or a mixture of both, (ii) providing a carrier gas and combining this with the solid or liquid feedstock, (iii) feeding said solid or liquid feedstock and said carrier gas as a feed stream into a reactor comprising a reaction chamber or into a vaporizer which is arranged upstream to said reactor, (iv) introducing a swirl gas into the reactor which swirls around the feed stream and covers the interior walls of the reactor, (v) treating said feed stream downstream the introduction of the swirl gas into the reactor with a hot plasma to generate a product stream comprising synthesis gas from said carbon- or hydrocarbon-containing material in the reaction chamber, (vi) removing the product stream from the reaction chamber, and (vii) separating the solid ingredients from the gaseous ingredients of the product stream.
BIOSOLID TREATMENT PROCESS AND SYSTEM
