Compositions comprising one or more amphiphilic compounds formed from vinylidene olefins may comprise: a reaction product of one or more vinylidene olefins, in which the reaction product comprises a hydrophobic portion and a hydrophilic portion comprising a polar head group bonded to the hydrophobic portion. The one or more vinylidene olefins each comprise a vinylidene group that undergoes a reaction to become saturated and to produce at least part of the hydrophobic portion.

The invention relates to a composition comprising a) at least one N-methyl-N-acylglucamine of formula (I), wherein R.sup.1 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain with 7 to 21 carbon atoms, one or more organic acids of formula (II) and/or the salts thereof, R.sup.2—COOM, wherein R.sup.2 represents a linear or branched alkyl group or a linear or branched mono- or poly-unsaturated alkenyl group with 5 to 29 carbon atoms, and M represents hydrogen or one or more cations, wherein the cations are present in charge-equalizing amounts, and c) one or more alkanolamines of formula (III), wherein NR.sup.1R.sup.2R.sup.3R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 represent hydrogen, a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group with 5 to 7 carbon atoms, a linear or branched hydroxyalkyl group with 2 to 5 carbon atoms and 1 or 2 hydroxy groups or a hydroxyether group with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, with the provision that at least one of the groups is a hydroxyalkyl group or a hydroxyether group.

The invention relates to a composition comprising a) at least one N-methyl-N-acylglucamine of formula (I), wherein R.sup.1 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain with 7 to 21 carbon atoms, one or more organic acids of formula (II) and/or the salts thereof, R.sup.2—COOM, wherein R.sup.2 represents a linear or branched alkyl group or a linear or branched mono- or poly-unsaturated alkenyl group with 5 to 29 carbon atoms, and M represents hydrogen or one or more cations, wherein the cations are present in charge-equalizing amounts, and c) one or more alkanolamines of formula (III), wherein NR.sup.1R.sup.2R.sup.3R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 represent hydrogen, a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group with 5 to 7 carbon atoms, a linear or branched hydroxyalkyl group with 2 to 5 carbon atoms and 1 or 2 hydroxy groups or a hydroxyether group with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, with the provision that at least one of the groups is a hydroxyalkyl group or a hydroxyether group.

Cleaning solution and method of cleaning wafer
A cleaning solution includes a first solvent having Hansen solubility parameters 25>δ.sub.d>13, 25>δ.sub.p>3, and 30>δ.sub.h>4; an acid having an acid dissociation constant, pKa, of −11<pKa<4, or a base having a pKa of 40 > pKa>9.5; and a surfactant. The surfactant is one or more of an ionic surfactant, a polyethylene oxide and a polypropylene oxide, a non-ionic surfactant, and combinations thereof.
Aqueous surfactant compositions
What are proposed are aqueous surfactant compositions comprising one or more of each of alpha-sulfo fatty acid disalts, sulfo ketones, alkyl (ether) sulfates, soaps, inorganic salts of sulfuric acid and water, where the structures of the compounds mentioned and boundary conditions that are to be observed can be found in the patent claims. These compositions have good foaming ability and pleasant sensory properties of the foam and good skin compatibility and they are suitable for cosmetic agents as well as detergents and cleaner.
