Leather and/or vinyl cleaner and moisturizer and method of making same

The present invention comprises a hard surface cleaning and treatment composition with a synergistic combination of mild surfactants that makes the composition particularly suited for leather, synthetic leather, vinyl and stainless steel. The composition is gentle and non-damaging to leather and synthetic leather, and leaves no sticky residue. The composition can clean food soils such as mustard, ketchup, shortening and grease and requires no personal protective equipment when being used. In addition, a method of preserving a leather surface or article by contacting said surface with said substrate is disclosed as well as specific methods associated with making the composition to form a stable water in oil emulsion.

Cleaning composition having high self-adhesion and providing residual benefits

A composition for treating a hard surface. The composition has: (a) at least one adhesion promoter; (b) at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of: anionic, non-ionic, cationic, amphoteric, zwitterionic, and combinations thereof; (c) mineral oil; (d) water; (e) optionally, at least one solvent; and wherein the composition is self-adhering upon application to a surface to be treated, and wherein the composition provides a wet film to said surface when water passes over said composition and surface.

LAUNDRY ADDITIVE

A laundry additive composition comprising a) at least one oxylated material chosen from polyoxyalkylene, a poly-oxyalkylene fatty acid ester, and a polyoxyalkylene fatty alcohol ether; b) a polyol; c) a coloring agent; and d) at least one additive chosen from fragrance and a fabric treatment material. The composition can deliver the additive to clothing during washing or rinsing of the clothes, such as to impart a fragrance to clothing.

NEUTRAL FLOOR CLEANER COMPOSITIONS

A composition for a neutral floor cleaner with optimal cleaning efficacy and leaving limited to no residue and/or streaking on surfaces applied thereto is disclosed. The composition may include water, at least two cleaning agents, at least one builder, at least one stabilizer, and at least one chelator. Further, one of the cleaning agents may be water-soluble and another of the cleaning agents is water-insoluble. The amount of the two cleaning agents may also have a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance ranging from about 10.5 to about 12.5.
