Treating solution for electronic parts, and process for producing electronic parts

The invention provides an aqueous solution capable of selectively protecting a nitrogen-containing silicon compound from corrosion by a treating solution for etching, cleaning or the like, etching oxygen-containing, carbon-containing silicon in particular, and making a large etch rate difference between a nitrogen-containing silicon compound and an oxygen-containing silicon compound, and a process for producing electronic parts as well. The invention is embodied by a treating solution for electronic parts that is an aqueous solution containing one or two or more of anionic surface active agents represented by the following formulae (1), (2) and (3), and a process for producing an electronic part. ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, and R.sub.3 stands for hydrogen or an alkyl or alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and X.sub.1 stands for a functional group capable of becoming an anionic ion. ##STR00002## wherein R.sub.4 stands for hydrogen or an alkyl or alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, X.sub.2 stands for a functional group capable of becoming an anionic ion, and n stands for a natural number of greater than 2. ##STR00003## wherein R.sub.5 stands for hydrogen or an alkyl or alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and X.sub.3, and X.sub.4 stands for a functional group capable of becoming an anionic ion.

FABRIC CARE COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING EMULSIONS

Fabric care compositions comprising bi-modal water continuous emulsions are disclosed. In particular, the fabric care compositions comprise a bi-modal water continuous emulsion (E) comprising at least 70 weight percent of: a first dispersed phase containing a hydrophobic oil, wherein the hydrophobic oil is provided as a non-emulsified hydrophobic oil, and a second dispersed phase containing a silicone, wherein the silicone is provided from a water continuous silicone emulsion containing at least one surfactant. The fabric care compositions further comprise at least one fabric care ingredient (F). Optionally, the fabric care ingredient (F) is in an acceptable medium. Preparation methods and uses of the fabric care compositions are also disclosed.

Aqueous hard surface cleaner compositions useful for removing permanent ink are disclosed. The compositions comprise 75 to 99 wt. % of water; 0.1 to 5 wt. % of a monoterpene; 0.1 to 5 wt. % of a C10-C17 fatty acid derivative; and 0.1 to 5 wt. % of one or more surfactants. The fatty acid derivative is selected from N,N-dialkyl amides, N,N-dialkyl esteramines, and N,N-dialkyl amidoamines. Preferably, a base such as sodium carbonate or monoethanolamine is also included. The invention includes concentrates comprising the non-aqueous components recited above, as well as other applications for the cleaners and concentrates such as graffiti removers and permanent ink erasers. The combination of a monoterpene and certain fatty acid derivatives, especially fatty N,N-dialkyl amides, unexpectedly enables even dilute aqueous compositions to rapidly decolorize black permanent marker from hard, non-porous surfaces.
