A disinfectant cleaning composition, the composition comprising: a nitrogen containing biocidal compound; a polymer comprising monomers of the following formulae: a) H2C═CR1—CO— NH—R2—N+R3R4R5X— wherein R1 represents hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R2 represents linear or branched C1-C12 alkylene; R3, R4 and R5, independently of one another, each represent hydrogen, C1-C18 alkyl or phenyl; and X- represents an anion selected from the group consisting of halide, sulfate, alkylsulfate, hydroxide, phosphate, acetate and formate; b) 40-75% by weight of N-isopropylacrylamide, based on the water-soluble polymer; c) acrylic and/or methacrylic acid and/or salts thereof; and d) H2C═CR—CO—NH—CR'R"R'"—SO3H, and salts thereof; wherein R, R′ and R″ independently represent hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkylene, and R‴ independently represents C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkylene.

Array of wet wipe packages

Described herein is an array of wet wipe packages displayed via a merchandise display system. The array of wet wipe packages includes a first package, a second package, and a third package. The first package includes a first wet wipe having a first coform nonwoven material and a first lotion. The second package includes a second wet wipe having a second coform nonwoven material and a second lotion. The third package includes a third wet wipe having a third coform nonwoven material and a third lotion. The third lotion is different than the first lotion and the second lotion. The first coform nonwoven material, the second coform nonwoven material, and/or the third coform nonwoven material has from about 14.5% to about 45% cotton.

Rapid dispersing wet wipe

A cleaning wipe having a nonwoven substrate impregnated with a dispersal composition including at least one of a polar solvent and a water-in-oil emulsion is disclosed. The dispersal composition provides an enhancement to the dispersion of the nonwoven substrate including a binder when placed within a waste water stream after use, thereby more effectively disposing of the wipe after use.

WIPE WITH A GUANIDINYL-CONTAINING POLYMER

A wipe article includes a substrate, a cationic coating disposed on a surface of the substrate, distributed throughout the substrate, or both. The cationic coating contains a guanidinyl-containing polymer that is crosslinked and bound to the substrate. The substrate includes sponge, nonwoven fabric, or woven fabric. The wipes are useful for removing microorganisms from a microorganism-contaminated surface and also for reducing re-contamination of the cleaned surface or transfer to another surface of the removed microorganisms.

The present technology generally relates to an encapsulation system for delivery of an active agent, the encapsulation system comprising a matrix of microcapsules, wherein a first portion of microcapsules in the matrix of microcapsules has an average diameter of from about 0.1 microns to about 10 microns; a second portion of the microcapsules has an average diameter of from about 10 microns to about 100 microns; and a third portion of the microcapsules has an average diameter of from about 100 microns to about 500 microns; and wherein the active agent is encapsulated in the microcapsules.

Pre-Loaded Floor Wipes with Improved Pickup

A pre-loaded cleaning substrate, and related systems and methods for picking up particles with an aspect ratio (L/D) greater than 300 (e.g., hair), or greater than 1200 (e.g., particularly long hairs). The substrate (e.g., a nonwoven) may include only a single layer of material. The pre-loaded substrate is loaded (e.g., during manufacture) with a cleaning composition. The fibers of the substrate may have an average diameter less than 15 μm, the substrate may have an air permeability of 35 ft.sup.3/min to 75 ft.sup.3/min, and the liquid cleaning composition may have a surface tension of less than about 50 dynes/cm. Together, the combination of the particular substrate and cleaning composition may facilitate markedly improved ability to pick up high L/D aspect ratio particle debris (e.g., such as hair), while retaining such particles (e.g., providing hair retention index values of at least 20).

Disinfecting solution wipes

This present invention relates to a pre-packaged set of disinfecting solution wipes used to prevent urinary tract and other infections, and reduce to bacterial growth. The wet wipes are stored in packages until needed, and are infused with a novel water and vinegar solution. The wipes can be applied multiple times a day to help eliminate odors, soothe skin, and reduce bacteria growth by neutralizing the pH of the user's skin. The wipes may also be used as a temporary bathing solution for those without immediate access to a shower or bathroom. The containers of the present invention are reusable, and feature a sealed lid to prevent the wet wipes from prematurely drying out.
