Beauty product displays
Devices and methods for displaying beauty and other visual products are disclosed. A display system can include a frame and a sample portion. Traits such as color and texture of a beauty product can be displayed on the sample portion, and the frame portion can interface with product shelving to align samples with relevant products in the display. The sample portion can be releasably attached to the frame to be removed by a user and be placed above a body part of the user to which a beauty product may be applied, or a body part can be placed in proximity to the sample portion even while it is attached to the frame. The user can advantageously view the beauty product as applied to the body part without applying the beauty product. The system is useful for fingernail polish display, for example.
WEIGHT MONITORING-BASED SENSING SYSTEM AND SENSING METHOD
A sensing system and a sensing method are provided based on weight monitoring. The sensing system includes: a goods database generator that generates a goods database; a weight collector that collects a weight sensing value of the rack in real time; a pick or place status judger that determines whether the weight sensing value of the rack changes or not, where if the weight sensing value of a rack becomes smaller, it determines that there are goods taken away from the rack; and if the weight sensing value of the rack becomes larger, it determines that there are articles placed on the rack; and a goods database updater that stores the weight sensing value in the goods database to update the weight sensing value of the rack in the goods database in real time.
Display shelf lock box
A lock box useful to secure products in a display shelving system. The lock box is configured with first, second, third, and fourth quadrantal sub-frames that are combined into a rectangular frame unit. Each of the quadrantal sub-frames includes corresponding left-face and right-face quarter-panels, which adjustably and overlappingly and engage one another to form corresponding left and right sidewalls, which enables selectable adjustment of the height and depth of the frame unit. A hinge coupled along the front face of the frame unit, and a door that comprises an adjustable height first and second portion engages the hinge. A lock mechanism is disposed between the door and the frame unit to secure the door in a closed position.
Display rack system
The disclosure provides for a display rack system. The display rack system includes a support mechanism having first and second ends. The support mechanism may be configured to be attached to a surface at the first and second ends. The display rack system may also include a track mounted onto the support mechanism. The display rack system may also include a plurality of cardholders attached to the track. Each of the first plurality of cardholders may be configured to independently slide laterally relative to the track.
Retail merchandise tray
A retail merchandise tray is provided. The retail merchandise tray includes a pair of load bearing members, a front stop mounted to the load bearing members, a wire support structure removably attached to the front stop and load bearing members, a pusher that slides along the wire support structure, and a pair of movable divider assemblies.
Retail merchandise tray and display incorporating same
A retail merchandise tray and display incorporating the same are provided. The display includes a shelf and the tray mounted to the shelf. The tray includes a pair of opposed mounting rails with at least one tray section situated between the first and second mounting rails. A support leg is mounted to the first mounting rail and elevates a back end of the retail merchandise tray relative to a front end.
Product management display system with trackless pusher mechanism
A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The one or more dividers may be engaged to a front rail in two different conditions, locked and unlocked. In a locked condition, the relationship between the divider and the front rail resists alteration in any direction with respect to each other. In the unlocked condition, the dividers may be freely slid laterally along the front rail, while remaining perpendicular to the front rail. The one or more dividers may lock to the front rail through the use of corresponding teeth, resilient surfaces, a locking tab, a locking bar and/or a cam.
Shelf edge displays
A shelf edge display having a shelf gripper and a translucent panel with a light diffusion compartment located between the shelf gripper and the translucent panel to support a light source therein for illuminating a backside of the translucent panel to thereby illuminate an information strip on a front face of the translucent panel with translucent light.
GOODS SENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GOODS SENSING BASED ON IMAGE MONITORING
A goods sensing system includes: a sample collector that collects a plurality of sets of image samples, where each set of the image samples comprise sample images of a type of goods at multiple angles, where a set of the image samples of a same type of goods are provided with a same group identification, and the group identification is the type of the goods corresponding to the set of image samples; a model trainer that trains a convolutional neural network model according to each sample image and a group identification of the sample image to obtain a goods identification model; a real-time image collector that continuously acquires at least one real-time image of space in front of a shelf, each real-time image including part or all of images of goods; and a goods category deriver that obtains a type and quantity of the goods displayed in the real-time.
