Rotor for alimentary dough kneader machines
A rotor for a kneading machine for alimentary doughs is provided. The rotor has a flat base formed of a plurality of arms and a plurality of mixing paddles restrained to the arms. The mixing paddles are pivotally mounted on the arms about respective axes (E, F) that are parallel to the flat base. The arms are movable between a first operating position, wherein they extend from the arms along a direction (V) that is generally perpendicular to the flat base, and a second operating position, wherein they extend from the arms in opposite directions substantially parallel to the flat base. When the rotor is mounted in a kneading machine, its paddles are proximate to a bottom of the container of the machine in the second operating position, thus acting to separate the dough.
GEAR BOX WITH VARIABLY COUPLED OSCILLATION AND ROTATION FOR KNEADING MACHINE
A gear box for a reciprocating kneader. A primary rotational gear is attached to a gear box primary shaft and rotates in concert therewith. A secondary rotational gear is engaged with the primary rotation gear and rotates therewith. A secondary shaft is attached to the secondary rotational gear and rotates therewith. A primary oscillation gear is attached to the gear box primary shaft and rotates therewith. A secondary oscillation gear is rotationally engaged with the primary oscillation gear and rotates on the secondary shaft. An eccentric is coupled to the secondary oscillation gear and rotates in concert therewith. A yoke is engaged with the eccentric and oscillates on an axis perpendicular to the secondary shaft in response to the lobe. The gearbox secondary shaft moves along its axis in concert with yoke oscillation. A housing is pivotally attached to the yoke and pivotally attached to a casing at a casing.
KNEADING MACHINE FOR USE IN THE PROCESSING OF FOOD DOUGHS
A kneading machine for use in the processing of food dough, to be used in bakeries, breadstick factories, and the pastry and confectionery industry as well as for domestic use. The kneading machine is of the mechanical arm type wherein the kneading tool (10) completes a trajectory which extends more than half and up to the entire diameter of the tub (V) containing the dough. The working end or terminal part of the kneading tool includes a shaped kneading implement (9) immersed in the mass of dough (P) both in the outward travel and in the return travel and acts on the entire mass of dough.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE MIXING ARRANGEMENT
A household mixer appliance having a mixing container with an inner surface and an open top, a drive arrangement and a hook. The hook has a sole attachment portion which, when attached to the drive arrangement, abuts a first inner surface portion of the mixing container inner surface. The sole attachment portion is attachable to the drive arrangement via a through hole in the first inner surface portion such that the hook is rotatable around a substantially horizontal axis of rotation within the mixing container when the hook is attached to the drive arrangement.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE MIXING ARRANGEMENT
A household mixer appliance having an open top mixing container, a hook and a drive arrangement. The mixing container has a side wall portion with a through hole for the drive arrangement and the hook is arranged to be rotatable around an axis of rotation within the mixing container via the drive arrangement. A seal is arranged between the drive arrangement and the side wall portion of the mixing container, and the drive arrangement includes a quick-release mechanism to which the hook is attachable.
Dough kneader machine and related method of making an alimentary dough
The invention relates to a kneader machine for alimentary doughs including a container provided with a tight lid and a rotor rotatably arranged in the container about a vertical rotation axis (A), wherein the rotor has a flat base consisting of a plurality of arms and a plurality of mixing paddles which extend from the arms in a vertical direction (V), and wherein the arms of the rotor have beveled surfaces formed along their peripheries on the sides intended to face a rotation direction of rotation (R) of the rotor. The mixing paddles have first and second mixing paddles configured so as to generate between them a whirling motion of the particles of the solid ingredients on a plane (P) passing through the rotation axis (A) of the rotor and perpendicular to its base. The invention also relates to a method of making an alimentary dough by using the kneader machine.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE MIXING ARRANGEMENT
A household mixer appliance having a mixing container and a hook with a curved elongated portion. The hook is attachable to a drive arrangement via a through hole in a first inner surface portion of the mixing container such that the hook is rotatable around an axis of rotation within the mixing container. The curved elongated portion extends in a first direction, being downwards from the axis of rotation, substantially in parallel with the first inner surface portion of the mixing container, and at least a part of the curved elongated portion extends in a second direction, forming an angle with a first plane defined by the first direction and the axis of rotation.
BOWL COOLING JACKET FOR INDUSTRIAL MIXERS
A cooling jacket for use with an industrial mixer that includes a bowl sheet, including a first horizontal rail mounted lengthwise across the top portion of the rear section of the bowl sheet; a second horizontal rail mounted lengthwise across the top portion of the front section of the bowl sheet; a plurality of vertical rails mounted on the rear section of the bowl sheet in a staggered pattern; a plurality of vertical rails mounted on the front section of the bowl sheet in a staggered pattern; a plurality of horizontal rails mounted across the bottom edge of the bowl sheet, wherein each rail is mounted between and perpendicular to certain of the vertical rails on the rear and front sections of the bowl sheet; wherein the first and second horizontal rails, vertical rails, and horizontal rails define a first coolant channel on the rear section of the bowl sheet and a second coolant channel of the front surface of the bowl sheet; and a plurality of channel covers mounted to the various vertical rails for enclosing the coolant channels.
