A pillow configured as a durable cushion as well as a more comfortable cushion. The pillow may include a single chamber with two sides extending between two different materials. A cushion may be positioned within the chamber and may be of such dimensions to fit within only one side of the chamber. When the cushion is positioned the first side of the chamber the second side of the chamber may include a void and the material on the second side may be rolled up and folded into an envelope on the first side maintaining the cushion. Alternatively, a user can move the cushion to the second side and the voided material of the first side can be rolled up into the envelope on the second side. The first side may be a more durable material, such as nylon, and the second side may be a softer material, such as cotton-jersey.

A pillow includes a first lobe, a second lobe, and a third lobe extending outwardly from a central node and containing cushioning filling. A closure mechanism extends around perimeter of the first and second lobe. The third lobe is covered by the first and second lobe in a stowed position and not covered in a sleeping position. Portions of the first and second lobe exposed in the stowed position are covered by durable fabric. A Y-shaped inner pillow case may contain the filling and be positioned within the lobes. The filling may include an air bladder with a valve exposed in the stowed position.

A pillow has an independent-supporting structure and a headrest cushion. The independent-supporting structure has a supporting plate. The supporting plate has multiple supporting elements disposed at intervals. Each one of the multiple supporting elements is able to be independently pressed, to independently restore, and to be independently deformed. The headrest cushion is resilient and is supported by the supporting plate for supporting a head of a human. When a user rests his head on the pillow, each supporting element is deformed independently to provide independent support to the cervical spine of the user.

An oxygen delivery pillow includes a shaped cushion, an oxygen delivery system, and a cover. The shaped cushion includes a top surface with a recess that can receive a subject's head. The oxygen delivery system delivers oxygen to the recess. When oxygen is delivered to the recess, it collects within an open space and then passes through the cover to a location around the subject's head on the cover and partially in the recess where it can be readily inhaled by the subject.

An orthopedic contour pillow including a top portion and a bottom portion removably attached to the top portion. The bottom portion has a tapered thickness such that a user can adjust the angle of the pillow by rotating the bottom portion.

A convertible travel accessory in accordance with one embodiment includes a main body that in a first state assumes a hoodie form for being worn on a head of a user and in a second state assumes a storage pouch form. The travel accessory also includes a chin pillow that is coupled to and adjustable relative to the main body for placement beneath a chin of a user, wherein in the second state, the chin pillow is inserted into the storage pouch. An optional blanket can also be provided as part of the travel accessory and can be permanently attached to the chin pillow (e.g., along a bottom edge thereof) or it can be detachably coupled to the chin pillow.

An improved comfort system comprising of a blanket with a neck and arm openings, including an external pocket centrally located along one peripheral edge thereof. When in use as a blanket, the user may put their head through the neck opening, place their feet in the external pocket, and use their hands by placing them through the arm openings. The blanket may be easily converted into a pillow configuration by a folding method that transforms the blanket into a compact configuration and includes pulling the folded blanket through the pocket, in an inside out manner, such that the folded blanket is contained within the external pocket and the pocket opening. A pillow that contains an item, such as a gift, wherein the pillow can be opened to access the gift. The pillow includes an aesthetic external appearance. This appearance may be provided by a printed covering that is disposed on the outside surface of the pillow. The pillow preferably includes one or more closure mechanisms, such as one or more zippers. Tethers may be provided on the closure mechanism(s), and piping may be included on the covering. The piping not only effectively hides the teeth of the closure mechanism (s), but also improves the look and style of the exterior of the pillow. A flap and tassels may instead be provided on the pillow. Given that the pillow is configured to contain an item, is configured to be opened to remove the item, is configured to be closed once the item has been removed, and has a decorative external appearance and/or brand recognition appearance, the pillow is unique in that it doubles as both packaging and a throw pillow useable after the item has been removed.
