A pillow has a supporting structure and a cushion. The supporting structure is made of composite materials and is pre-stressed and resiliently bended. The cushion is resilient and covers the supporting structure. With the supporting structure and the cushion, the pillow provides two-stage resilient support. When a user rests his head on the pillow, the cushion is compressed easily at first, and then the supporting structure being resiliently bended provides sufficient support to the cervical spine of the user, making the cervical spine of the user rest in natural relaxation when the user rests on the pillow.

A noise cancellation pillow and pillow combination are provided. The pillow includes: a noise collector, a loudspeaker, and a noise cancellation device disposed inside the pillow. The noise collector and the loudspeaker communicate with and are connected to the noise cancellation device, respectively. The noise collector is configured to collect a noise signal generated by a noise source and send the noise signal to the noise cancellation device. The noise cancellation device is configured to receive the noise signal, generate a noise cancellation signal based on the noise signal, and send the noise cancellation signal to the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker is configured to receive the noise cancellation signal sent by the noise cancellation device and radiate the noise cancellation signal, such that the noise signal is counteracted. The disclosed noise cancellation pillow and pillow combination may cancel an ambient noise and improve sleep quality of a user.

A travel pillow has an integral head portion that can be positioned behind the head of the traveler during use. The travel pillow incorporates a charging station in one of the forwardly extending arms and a stress reliever in the opposing arm. A Bluetooth™ audio system is included to pair with selected electronic devices to enhance the entertainment of the traveler. The present disclosure provides a travel pillow including a back section and two arm sections each including a filler material, the back section comprising a pouch comprising a blanket attachable to the pillow and configured to fit in the pouch, the arm sections each range in length from about 8 inches to about 15 inches and are approximately the same length, the back section ranges in length from about 6 inches to about 12 inches, the arm sections and back section have a thickness ranging from 3 inches to 12 inches and the blanket includes a semispherical, hemispherical, and/or oval opening sufficient for accommodating a user's head.

The pillow may include a series of pockets at different positions on the pillow that allow for storage of items including a journal or diary and a key to unlock the journal or diary. The pillow may be comprised of a cushioning element within the pillow covering that may be a single unitary piece of material, such as a foam. The pillow may also include a speaker system that is wirelessly connectable to a mobile device to allow for the playing of an audio file, such as music. The cover may be removable, washable, and interchangeable with other covers.

Disclosed embodiments provide a neck pillow with storage capability. In embodiments, the neck pillow can open to reveal internal compartments, suitable for storage of small personal items. In this way, the neck pillow can also serve as a carrying mechanism as well as functioning as a traditional neck pillow. In this way, one can carry the neck pillow and personal items conveniently. This makes neck pillows of disclosed embodiments convenient for a variety of activities such as relaxing at the beach, concerts, movies, sporting events, and anywhere else where sitting for prolonged periods may occur. Further, the neck pillow may have a pocket to receive a heating and/or cooling pack to be used in conjunction with an individual who has suffered a head or neck injury. Here, the neck pillow may be utilized to promote proper body alignment and provide therapeutic relief.

The travel pillow assembly includes a travel pillow designed to provide optimal head support for the user in erect and supine positions.
