Multi-Functional Beverage Container
The disclosure discloses a multi-functional beverage container that includes a multi-walled evacuated vessel body; an integrated juicing element to releasably nest within the multi-walled evacuated vessel body; a multi-walled vessel top that realeasably seals to the multi-walled vessel body and to receive the juicing element; and a multi-walled cap that realeasably seals to the multi-walled vessel top. The container may further comprise a planar straining element for straining purposes, various sealing gaskets, integrated volumetric measuring indicators, a fluid within the dual walls comprising a freezing point below at least zero degrees Celsius to maintain a chilled nature of a stored liquid within the container. The container may comprise thermo-chromatic paint to indicate a representative temperature has been achieved, external portions to comprise textured elements to facilitate grasping and twisting, and an internal sensor to wirelessly communicate a measured weight to a secondary wireless device.
GRAVITY CUPS
A drinking vessel has a sidewall formed of multiple structured layers. The sidewall includes an open spout and a closed base. A circumference of the side wall at the base is larger than a circumference of the side wall at the open spout to provide the drinking vessel with a lowered center of gravity than a traditional drinking vessel with the closed base narrower than the open spout. The sidewall includes multiple structured layers to form a scaffold structure.
Self chilling beverage system
The currently disclosed invention consists of a system for rapidly chilling a beverage within a drinking container while it is being consumed. The preferred embodiment consists of two straight plastic tubes, one fitting inside the other, with ice contained between the outer tube and the inner tube, wherein beverage can be drawn up through the inner tube in the manner of a drinking straw. The tubes are created by extrusion molding, with an optional weight located within the outer tube, surrounding the base of the inner tube, and encased in plastic. Other embodiments of this system are possible, as are described within the specification incorporated herein.
STAINLESS STEEL FOOD SERVICE VESSELS
A stainless steel food service vessel is configured to provide an insulating carrier containing a food item or beverage. The stainless steel vessel is formed of a double wall construction having a sealed insulating cavity defined between the walls of the vessel. The insulating cavity may contain an insulating fluid or may be evacuated under a vacuum to impart superior insulating properties to the vessel to keep food items or beverages hot or cold.
Beverage sip regulating apparatus and related methods
The subject matter of the present application discloses a beverage sip regulating apparatus connectable to a beverage container, the beverage sip regulating apparatus, comprising: an entrance port through which beverage enters the beverage sip regulating apparatus; a beverage compartment for receiving a sip amount of beverage from the beverage container; a spout through which the beverage flows out of the beverage sip regulating apparatus; and, a regulation system for regulating one or more predetermined characteristics of the beverage stored in the beverage compartment.
BEVERAGE CONTAINERS, HEAT TRANSFER PAD, AND RELATED SYSTEM AND METHODS
A beverage container includes a base, a stem, and a bowl. The base has a base lateral dimension parallel to the horizontal supporting plane. The stem extends upwardly from a stem lower end coupled to the base to a stem upper end. The stem has a heat pipe extending between the stem lower end and the stem upper end. The stem has a stem lateral dimension smaller than the base lateral dimension. The bowl is coupled to the stem upper end and extends upwardly of the stem. The bowl defines a liquid chamber having an upper opening. Other beverage containers, systems, methods, and heat transfer pads are also disclosed.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INTEGRAL DOUBLE-WALLED CONTAINER STRUCTURES
A method and apparatus for the formation of double-walled containers with the structure of two integrally connected and adjacent containers extending in the same direction with an air gap between them, stretch-blow moulded as single bodies out of thermoplastic material, and suitable for mass-production. A thermoplastic tubular blank is formed and then heat-conditioned. The heat-conditioned tubular blank is then mechanically stretched longitudinally and blow-formed outwards by gas pressure to conformingly and stretchingly assume the tubular blank to the shape of a first dual-container shaped mould cavity set in order to form a stretch-blow moulded first container integrally connected to a second container, with both containers extending in opposite directions. Next, additional heat-conditioning is applied to further heat-condition as necessary the stretch-blow moulded second container and if deemed an advantage, at least part of the first container. Then at least one profiled inversion piston shaped as a male mould member with an outer surface configuration that defines the inner surface configuration of the article being formed and a second container shaped mould cavity set with a single-container shaped configuration are provided along with one or more wall stability devices which are applied to at least part of the wall surface(s) of either or both of the two integrally connected stretch-blow moulded containers, such that the second smaller container side wall(s) are at least substantially not in contact with the second container shaped mould cavity set and may be inverted at least partially inside-out, while at the same time the second smaller container bottom wall at least substantially does not invert, in order for the second smaller container to become a substantially mirror-image inverted second smaller container extending in the same direction as, and interior to, the first container.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REGULATING THE TEMPERATURE OF A BEVERAGE
A system for regulating a temperature of a liquid within a drinking vessel. The system including a temperature regulating device including an exterior surface and a composition disposed within a cavity, the exterior surface providing thermal communication between the composition and the liquid; and a securing element releasably securing the temperature regulating device within the vessel.
Alcohol Beverage and Spirits Nosing, Tasting, Drinking, and Sampling Vessel, Procedure or Method for Using Same, and a Process to Separate Ethanol Vapors from Sampling Vapors Prior to Nosing
This application is for a device and article of manufacture for the purpose of drinking, tasting, sampling, and nosing and evaluating alcohol beverages without alcohol nose burn and numbing; a procedure or method to manipulate said vapors for the same purpose; and a process to separate and dissipate ethanol vapors to accomplish the same purpose. The device is one embodiment of a vessel which collects vapors in a chamber with curved sides and large surface area to promote evaporation, which chamber's top opening orifice concentrates same vapors prior to passing into an expansion chamber releasing and dissipating fast moving ethanol prior to nosing, providing improved aroma detection and enhancing nosing, tasting, and sampling experiences for all spirits, wines and liqueurs, distilled, fermented, and fortified.
BEVERAGE CHILLER
A beverage chiller assembly has a bottom vessel portion and a top portion comprising a plurality of extruded tubes arranged in an array. The bottom and top portions fit together to receive and expeditiously chill a beverage, such as an individual portion of hot coffee, to produce ice coffee, or a bottle of white wine, or a serving of another beverage. The tubes are pre-cooled and extend vertically down into the beverage or fluid volume, and are arranged and dimensioned to provide effective, fast and substantially uniform cooling of the intended beverage volume to a specified serving temperature. Embodiments quickly convert hot coffee to iced coffee, or chill white wine to a proper temperature for serving. Specific embodiments may attain a stable final temperature and also function as serving vessels at table.
