Reusable foldable drinking straw in storage case

A reusable drinking straw that is foldable into a compact configuration for storage and easily transportable in a storage case. The straw comprises a rigid external tube and a flexible internal tubing that is foldable to a compact configuration for storage. In a folded configuration, the reusable straw has a significantly reduced length of approximately one-half to one-fourth of its extended length when in use. The external tube of the straw is preferably formed of multiple rigid segments for supporting the flexible internal tubing in the extended configuration during use as a drinking straw. A simple cleaning device is provided to clean the straw after use. A storage case is provided to store the straw in the folded configuration in a compact form and to store the cleaning device.

Device for improved hydration during exercise

The present invention is directed to a device that can easily deliver water or other sources of hydration from a bottle, directly to a user during exercise without the use of a traditional hydration bladder. The present invention features a hydration device for allowing delivery of a fluid from a container with a cap with a hole. The hydration device may comprise an outer tubing affixed around the hole and an inner tubing disposed within the outer tubing. The inner tubing may extend past both ends of the outer tubing, slide freely within the outer tubing, and extend to the bottom of the container. Both ends of both tubings may be always open. The fluid may be delivered from the container through the inner tubing when suction is applied. Air may be delivered from the outer tubing to the pre-existing container to prevent collapsing of the pre-existing container.

Provided is a cup lid with a retractable drinking spout and drinking cup, including a cup lid body provided with a through hole; a base fixedly connected to the cup lid body and located at a bottom of the through hole; a drinking spout movably installed in the through hole and capable of stretching out from a top of the through hole or retracting into the through hole; and an elastic part arranged in the through hole and having one end in butting connection with the base and the other end in butting connection with the drinking spout, the elastic part pushing the drinking spout to stretch out when popping up, and the elastic part being compressed to accumulate force when the drinking spout retracts.

One embodiment includes a first beverage container that can be removably attached to a second beverage container, each of the containers in fluid communication with a double straw, wherein the double straw includes a first straw and a second straw that are bonded together via a sleeve, the first straw inserted into the first beverage container and the second straw inserted into the second beverage container. Each of the beverage containers contains a different substance such that as a user draws the substances via the double straw, the substances do not mix until they are consumed.

A pour spout that is shaped like an elephant's trunk that can be used for both toxic and non-toxic fluids. To be used in toxic fluids, for example, the spout can be used to transfer engine fluids from their containers into an engine wherein the spout is telescoping in order to manipulate the direction of the spout. To be used for non-toxic, potable fluids, for example, the spout can be used on a child's cup as a novelty toy or animal wherein the spout can telescope as it attaches to a straw inside of the cup or it can collapse into the profile of the container portion of the cup. When used a child's cup, the spout can also the take the shape of other animals, such as an anteater, a duckbill, an aardvark or even a dog with a large snout and maintain its functionality in telescoping or collapsing. In the child's cup embodiment, other features representing animal features, such as elephant ears can be added to the cup for play and function and a valve is included in the container portion of the cup to remove excess air from the container.

The assembly further includes a first sealing plug affixed to a first side of the first portion of the straw and a second sealing plug affixed to a first side of the second portion of the straw. The assembly also includes at least one mechanism to secure the first sealing plug and the second sealing plug to the lid or the straw.
