A serving pitcher with an integrated cup holder. The present invention includes a pitcher having an interior volume that can hold multiple servings of beverages therein. The pitcher includes a concave cutout formed in a sidewall thereof, wherein the cutout extends from a lower side of the pitcher to an opposing upper side of the pitcher. A platform extending from the cutout at the lower side of the pitcher, wherein the platform includes a recess that can receive a cup therein. The platform is disposed within the concave cutout such that cups can be disposed on the platform in a vertically stacked configuration and supported in an upright configuration by the concave cutout.

Pool stands, trays, devices, and methods for supporting beverage containers on the edge of a swimming pool while supporting a pool umbrella. One embodiment of the stand can be generally disc shaped with a lower front step portion, and a through-hole passing through the stand to allow an umbrella post to be supported therein. A clamping screw knob can lock the umbrella post to the stand. The stand can be positioned on the edge of a swimming pool so that shade from the umbrella can be provide to person(s) in the pool. Another embodiment can have a generally rectangular configuration with a lower front step portion that can also be positioned on the edge of a swimming pool so that shade from the umbrella can be provided to person(s) in the pool. The interior of the stands can be hollow, and can be filled with a ballast, such as sand or water.

A support assembly for supporting one or more objects in a dishwasher is provided. The support assembly may include a snap arrangement with snap fittings for snapping the snap arrangement onto a rack of the dishwasher. The support assembly may include a main frame having a first side and a second side, where the first side may be provided with a soft surface structure, and where the main frame may be foldably arranged to the snap arrangement to allow the main frame to be folded between at least a supporting position and a storing position. The soft surface structure of the first side may be arranged to support a portion of the one or more objects when the main frame is in the supporting position. The embodiments herein may also relate to a rack of a dishwasher and a dishwasher comprising a rack.

Systems and methods of using a wine glass drying assembly. The wine glass drying rack assembly includes a tray with a bottom, sides, and a vertical lock. The wine glass drying rack assembly further includes a support with a locking element, stems and a top extending between the stems, where the support is coupled to the vertical lock via the locking element and where the support is rotatable about the vertical lock of the tray. The wine glass assembly also includes a rack with two wine glass supports, where the two wine glass supports define a slot for receiving wine glasses, where the rack is coupled to the top of the support via loops and where the rack is rotatable about the top of the support.

The present disclosure pertains to apparatuses that securely hold articles, and more specifically, to apparatuses that securely hold glass articles such as pharmaceutical vials during various stages of ion-exchange processing.

A cup stacking and holding assembly is disclosed with methods of application in standard use and with internal electronics for visual displays. The cup holder assembly may be manufactured in various configurations, all providing a cup rack for convenient and stable stacking of disposable cups. The cup rack may comprise: a base providing a surface for abutting support for a plurality of cups; a cup retainer plate coupled to the base; a plurality of cup retaining apertures formed within the cup retainer plate, each cup retaining aperture sized to receive a corresponding cup and having a diameter smaller than the largest exterior diameter of the corresponding cup; the cup retainer plate moveable from a first closed position parallel and proximal to the surface for abutting support to a second open position for insertion of cups within the cup retaining apertures.

A kit for use with a beverage includes: a sleeve, an interior plate, an engaging feature, a connector, and a support element. The sleeve forms an interior volume dimensioned to contain a beverage. The interior plate is located within the interior volume. The engaging feature is located outside the interior volume and includes an upper sidewall and a lower sidewall. The connector penetrates the bottom and interconnects the interior plate and the engaging feature. Lastly, the support element includes a receiving feature shaped to engage with the engaging feature such that at least part of the receiving feature is positioned between the upper sidewall and the lower sidewall. Configured in this manner, the support element, which may be in the form of a serving tray, is capable of safely and securely supporting beverages in an upright position.

A plurality of desktop organizers, which helps users select and optimally arrange desktop organizers on desktops in a personalized manner. The core components of the invention are a plurality of desktop organizers each having a base, an overlay and magnets as temporary fasteners, where the overlays are configured for storing different office implements, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: the dimensions of the desktop organizers promote coupling the organizers, ensuring alignment when brought to close to each other; the magnets are located on the sides of the desktop organizers such that they align with one another; and, a set of overlays, one for each type of office implement, fitting over the top of the desktop organizers. A universal cover for covering all types of beverage containers and an associated carrying case is disclosed. When placed over any beverage container, the universal cover disclosed uses decorative weights made with acrylic plastic gems, crystals or metal, to keep the cover secured in place as well as for keeping it well stretched and snugly placed over the rim of beverage container. The universal cover also includes a central opening for inserting a straw or a sipping device there-through. The universal beverage cover offers the functionality of creating a cover for containers where typically no lid or cover typically exists as is the case for non-portable beverage containers such as wine glasses, beer or juice mugs, and other crystal-ware used at a restaurant, banquet hall, or another indoor setting. The universal cover disclosed provides a level of protection against pathogens and other contaminants while maintaining the necessary decor and formality of the setting. Embodiments of the invention provide the additional functionality of maintaining beverage temperature for longer periods. The universal cover can be made with fabrics, or faux leather or vinyl type fabric for based on the degree of insulation or durability desired.

An alcoholic beverage package, said package comprising a base member with a plurality of upper cover flap members integral to and hinged to the base member. A handle member is mounted to an outer surface of one of the upper cover flap members, the handle member being adapted to fit into a slot defined by an opposite flap member allowing the flap members to be secured together over the base member forming a chamber. A plurality of shot glasses are mounted inside the chamber and supported by the base member with the shot glasses being held in place within the chamber by an insert member mounted to the base member and engaging said shot glasses. Each of the shot glasses contains an alcoholic spirit and has a sealed removable lid. A second integral insert is secured to the base member and is provided with a plurality of spaced apertures which hold and space said shot glasses.
