A multi-function fixing kit comprises a stacking insert main body and a retaining ring main body. The retaining ring main body can be removably connected with a storage container. The stacking insert main body can be placed in the storage container. The stacking insert main body is divided into a first layer structure, a second layer structure and a third layer structure from top to bottom to fix various types of beverage containers. A top of the first layer structure can be removably connected with a 12 oz beverage can main body, a top of the second layer structure can be removably connected with a 12 oz beer bottle main body, and a top of the third layer structure can be removably connected with a 12 oz slim beverage can main body. A top of a placing device can be removably connected with a 16 oz beverage can.

A beverage dispenser comprises a bottle holder, a motor, and a controller. The bottle holder is configured to hold a bottle of a liquid beverage. The motor is connected to the bottle holder and configured to move the bottle holder in an angular movement to bring the bottle into a pouring position. The controller is configured to control the bottle holder via the motor in a set pattern to dispense a portion of the liquid beverage from the bottle into a serving receptacle. The liquid beverage may be wine, and the serving receptacle may be a wine glass. The liquid beverage may be liquor, and the serving receptacle may be a shot glass. The portion of the liquid may be an amount of liquid to fill the receptacle to a designated level. The portion of the liquid beverage is less than the entire capacity of the bottle.

A beverage aerator includes a housing, a pump-motor assembly, an uptake tube, and a spray nozzle. The housing is sized to removably seat on a neck of a decanting vessel. The pump-motor assembly is positioned within the housing, and has a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The uptake tube is fluidly coupled to the pump inlet upstream of the pump inlet. The uptake tube has a tube inlet end located below the housing. The spray nozzle is fluidly coupled to the pump outlet downstream of the pump outlet. The spray nozzle is located below the pump-motor assembly and oriented to have a laterally-outward discharge direction.

A cup holder assembly for a portable and handheld walking apparatus and having a fastener assembly with an annular clasp having an upper edge, defining an annular recess operably configured to selectively increase and decrease in diameter over a portion of a tubular framing structure of a portable and handheld walking apparatus, and having at least one hinge member assembly directly and hingedly coupled to the annular clasp and operably configured to rotate and have a locked position along a rotation path with respect to the upper edge of the annular clasp. A beverage container assembly that includes a cap member, a connecting neck member, a body member and a flexible ring member. The body member is configured to receive a bottle or beverage container via an opening on the top surface and the flexible ring member is configured to be positioned between the bottle or beverage container and the connecting neck member during use.

A container sleeve apparatus includes an arcuate or cylindrical body that can be positioned on a cylindrical or conical container, such as a tumbler, cup, can or bottle. A transparent or translucent insert section that can be releasably attached to the sleeve body. The sleeve body can be made of a non-slip, elastic material, such as neoprene rubber. The insert section can be made of plastic, and can include a logo printed or engraved thereon. The apparatus can include a light emitting device that illuminates the transparent/translucent insert section.

A bottle enclosure for holding a longneck bottle having a top, neck, shoulder, and main body. The bottle enclosure can include an upper portion configured to fit around the neck, shoulder, and main body of the longneck bottle, a cap removably coupled to an upper end of the upper portion and configured to fit over the top of the longneck bottle, and a base portion removably coupled to a bottom end of the upper portion. An elastomeric component can be arranged on an interior surface of one or both of the upper portion or the base portion.

A surface foundation utilizing negative air pressure which may have a contiguous retention wall extending between an upper rim and a waist and a contiguous suction member extending between a pull ledge and the waist. The waist may further define a planer membrane joining the retention wall and the suction member. The retention wall may be configured to frictionally engage with an object placed internal to the retention wall and the suction member may be configured to have a pressurized engagement with any surface by use of an ambient atmospheric air pressure external to the suction member and a fractional atmospheric air pressure which is less than the ambient internal to the suction member. The pressurized retention of the surface suctioning receptacle permitting single handed manipulation of objects placed internal to the retention wall.

A beverage chilling canister with the beverage container that is being chilled in the canister remaining in the canister when the beverage is poured from the beverage container, thereby avoiding ice displacement when the beverage container is otherwise removed from the canister to pour the beverage and moisture on the outside surface of the beverage container from dripping when the beverage container is otherwise removed from the canister to pour the beverage.
