Beverage holder
A beverage holder is provided. The beverage holder may include a container having a first outer wall and a second inner wall and a sealed vacuum cavity formed between the first outer wall and second inner wall. The beverage holder may also include a fastening seal having an engagement portion configured to removably engage the container and a retention portion configured to engage a beverage container.
Container sleeve apparatus and method of using same
A container sleeve apparatus includes an arcuate or cylindrical body that can be positioned on a cylindrical or conical container, such as a tumbler, cup, can or bottle. A transparent or translucent insert section that can be releasably attached to the sleeve body. The sleeve body can be made of a non-slip, elastic material, such as neoprene rubber. The insert section can be made of plastic, and can include a logo printed or engraved thereon. The apparatus can include a light emitting device that illuminates the transparent/translucent insert section.
Multi-functional modular drink assembly
A multifunction drinking assembly includes a primary container having a bottom wall and a continuous upstanding side wall, the side wall defining an open top and defining an interior area. An inner surface of the side wall includes a threaded section displaced from the upper rim and includes an upper ledge. The side wall has a lower ledge upwardly displaced from the bottom wall. A primary lid includes an upper portion having a rim and a top wall extending across the continuous rim, the primary lid having outer threads removably coupled to the threaded section of the side wall. The multifunction drinking assembly includes a coozie lid for securing either a can or bottle, a shaker lid for making mixed drinks, and an infuser assembly and steeper basket for holding loose leaf teas and fruit.
Retaining member and insulating vessel incorporating same
A retaining member and a vacuum-insulated vessel are disclosed. The retaining member includes a frustoconical body, a cylindrical skirt extending from the frustoconical body, and a deformable member extending along an inner surface of the frustoconical body. The deformable member may have multiple layers. An opening extends through the frustonical body, so that the neck of a bottle may pass therethrough. The vacuum-insulated vessel includes the aforementioned retaining member and a double-walled structure, and is able to receive and secure bottles having different heights and widths. The vacuum-insulated vessel also eliminates condensation from external surfaces of a bottle positioned therein, maintains the initial temperature of the bottle, and allows a user to pour from the bottle without having to remove the bottle from the vessel.
CONTAINER HOLDER AND METHODS RELATING TO SAME
A bottle holder comprising a first bottle holder portion having a diverging sidewall defining a first cavity for receiving at least a portion of a bottle, the first opening being open toward a first direction, and a second bottle holder portion having a second diverging sidewall having a different shape than the first diverging sidewall, the second diverging sidewall defining a second cavity for receiving at least a portion of a bottle, the second opening being open toward a second direction.
BOTTLE HOLDER ASSEMBLY ATTACHABLE TO A TABLE TOP EDGE
A bottle cage is attached to an adjustable clamp that attaches to the edge of the table top of a domestic ironing board. An upper jaw and a lower jaw mechanically engage each other so that they can be squeezed together and immovably lock on the table top edge of an ironing board. One of the jaws (the first jaw) has at least one rack with evenly spaced teeth. The other jaw (the second jaw) has locking teeth, affixed to a resilient upright, which ratchet against the at least one rack as the jaws are squeezed together. The second jaw also incorporates a button on a stalk that protrudes through a slot in the first jaw. A bottle cage incorporates an open-ended slot connector that slides over the button to lock the first jaw to the second jaw. A bottle fits within the bottle cage.
Protective bottle enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure includes a base portion defined by a base sidewall secured to a base bottom wall and has a base opening disposed opposite the base bottom wall. An upper portion has upper sidewalls surrounding an internal cavity. The upper portion has a cylindrical body section and the neck section is narrower than the lower section. The lower section ends in a lower opening and a lower thread. The neck section narrows in diameter between the body section and a neck opening and has a neck thread. The lower section can be inserted into the base opening and can threadably engage the base side wall. A removable cap can threadably engage the neck section and includes an elastomeric stopper connected to a cylindrical sleeve. The combination of the removable cap, the upper portion, and the base portion can surround and enclose the bottle.
Protective bottle enclosure
A bottle enclosure that removably encloses a bottle includes a base having a sidewall that extends from a bottom wall. The base includes at least one thread, and the base bottom wall has a planar bottom surface. A body section of the bottle enclosure includes a cylindrical body wall that includes interior threading adjacent a bottom opening. The body section further includes a tapered shoulder section that is positioned between the body wall and a neck section. The neck section extends upward from the shoulder section and defines a cylindrical neck wall having a neck thread. The body section is configured to threadably and removably engage the base sidewall. The bottle enclosure further includes a removable cap with a sidewall that surrounds a cap cavity. The cap sidewall is configured to threadably and removably engage the neck.
Automatic Self-Adjusting Beverage Container Receptacle
An automatic self-adjusting beverage container receptacle has a plurality of handles for the end-user to stabilize the receptacle in operation. The receptacle contains a plurality of parallel rings of flexible fingers inside the receptacle that permit a caregiver to easily and quickly insert a beverage container. The rings also stabilize and grip the container in operation to prevent it from shifting or falling out when the receptacle is lifted and tilted by the end user in consuming the beverage. An accessory mounting system permits the rapid attachment of accessories in a temporary, semi-permanent, or permanent fashion, making each receptacle assembly customizable for individual users.
