Standing desk mat
Standing desks, such as fixed work surfaces or height-adjustable desks or computer/workstation supports, provide relief from computer or other desk work that might otherwise force a user to remain seated. However, concerns about utilization and comfort are points of resistance to standing desks. A “smart” pressure sensing mat is provided that may provide additional cushioning and comfort as well as a source of data input for record keeping, usage verification, user identification, and control signals. Signals may be utilized to report data (e.g., utilization, user operations, functions, etc.) and/or control components (e.g., trigger a standing desk to rise for standing use or lower for seated use, activate lights, etc.).
Configurable ergonomic pad
An ergonomic pad includes a bladder formed of a pliable material and a granular material disposed within the bladder and at least partially filling the bladder. A port is coupled to the bladder and configured to enable evacuation of air from the bladder. The bladder also includes a sealable opening distinct from the port to add or remove the granular material.
TOILET COVER
The invention herein relates to a toilet cover. The toilet cover is configured to cover the toilet seat, the toilet base and the floor in front of the toilet. The toilet seat cover has a flange that will fit into the opening of the toilet bowl and prevent a user from touching the inside of the toilet bowl and/or toilet seat. The toilet seat cover also has a skirt that will cover the outer perimeter of the toilet seat and/or toilet bowl. The toilet cover has a toilet base cover. The base cover may have a sleeve configured for contactless disposal by a user. The base cover may also have a storage pouch. The toilet cover has a floor mat that prevent a users' feet and/or clothing items from contacting the floor of the restroom. The toilet cover is foldable and configured for tight packaging into an airtight packaging unit.
Infant Feeding Mat Assembly
An infant feeding mat assembly for protecting a floor from spillage when an infant is being fed in an infant high chair includes a first mat that is positionable beneath an infant high chair. The first mat has a pair of slots to accommodate legs of the infant high chair. A second mat is coupled to the first mat such that the second mat is positioned beneath the infant high chair when the first mat is positioned beneath the infant high chair. The second mat is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit food spilled thereon from contacting a support surface. The second mat has a pair of slots therein to accommodate legs of the infant high chair.
Retractable floor cover
A retractable floor cover. The device includes an elongated cylindrical housing and a flexible panel connected to a rotatable spool disposed within an interior volume of the housing, which is operably connected to a spring-rewind mechanism. The panel extends outwardly through a slot disposed on the housing, wherein the panel is configured to move between an extended position and a retracted position. A control disposed on the housing is configured to activate the spring-rewind mechanism, wherein activation of the spring-rewind mechanism is configured to roll the panel along the spool and retract the panel though the slot and into the interior volume of the housing. The housing can be integral to an article of furniture or may be secured to an existing article of furniture via a first strap disposed on a first end of the housing and a second strap disposed on an opposing second end of the housing.
MODULAR MAT SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a modular mat system. More particularly, the disclosure is directed to a modular mat system with that may be built out using common pieces of mats. Specifically, a modular mat system with a mat piece with a top plate with inserts, a bottom plate with a plurality of tabs and recesses operative to engage with further mat pieces to build a mat system is discussed. The modular mat system is operative to remove water and other detritus from shoes of a user or other such platform moving across the mat system and feed it to a perimeter drain below the system.
HEATED FLOOR MAT ASSEMBLY
A floor mat assembly for use on a floor comprises a floor mat, a first adhesive layer, a heating element, a second adhesive layer, and an insulative foam support layer. The floor mat comprises a topside for interaction with a person. The heating element is bonded to an underside of the floor mat with the first adhesive layer to heat the floor mat. The foam support layer is bonded to an underside of the heating element with the second adhesive layer.
Garage Floor Protection Mat for Snowmobiles and the Like
A floor protection apparatus for use under parked snowmobiles or the like. The apparatus features a mat having longitudinally opposing first and second ends, and laterally opposing first and second sides. Longitudinally channeled areas reside respectively adjacent the sides of the mat at a topside thereof, and each feature a set of longitudinally running channels separated from one another by longitudinal ribs. One or more collection areas reside between the channeled areas at the topside of the mat and are of recessed elevation relative to the longitudinal ribs. A laterally ribbed central area resides between the first and second channeled areas and comprising a series of lateral ribs spaced from one another in the longitudinal direction. The mat is assembled from sections that fastened together through raised, abutted boundary edges.
Sanitizing mat
A sanitizing floor mat is fashioned as a traditionally configured flexible floor mat having a plurality of apertures in an upper section. The upper section is attached to a lower section via a hinged section. An antibacterial insert is provided and is configured to be removably secured within mat in the space between the upper section and lower section and in environmental communication with the plurality of apertures.
Two Part Floor Covering
A two part floor covering useful for entranceway is provided having a mat overlaying a base. A fastening system incorporating a mushroom-type fastener is provided, whereby the mat can be laid on the base and positioned as desired, without the fastening system engaging. When the mat is aligned with the base, downward pressure on the mat engages the fastening system and restricts the mat from slipping laterally or lifting vertically. Alignment and deployment of the textile component with the base component in an efficient manner is also described herein.
