Tillage implement
A tillage implement includes a main frame with adjustable toolbar sections thereon which each support respective tillage units thereon for engaging the ground. Each toolbar section has a first end portion coupled to the main frame by a first mounting assembly and an opposing second end portion which is coupled to the main frame by a second mounting assembly. Each one of the first and second mounting assemblies comprises a track and each of the first and second end portions of each toolbar section comprise a follower in mating engagement with the corresponding tracks. The track of the first mounting assembly is oriented closer to the lateral direction than the track of the second mounting assembly such that each toolbar section is pivotal about a respective upright axis generally at the first end portion when the toolbar section is displaced in the forward working direction at the second end portion.
Attachment arrangement with double shear configuration for frame members of an agricultural tillage implement
An agricultural tillage implement includes a carriage frame assembly having a longitudinal frame member extending in a travel direction, and a cross frame member extending transverse to the longitudinal frame member. A horizontal attachment arrangement interconnects the longitudinal frame member with the cross frame member. The horizontal attachment arrangement includes a generally vertical first plate attached to the longitudinal frame member and having a first through hole, a generally vertical second plate attached to the cross frame member and having a second through hole, and a pivot pin extending through each of the first through hole and the second through hole.
DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING THE ANGLE FOR DISCK SECTIONS FOR AGRICULTURAL HARROWS, AND AGRICULTURAL HARROW
Presently described is a device (1) for adjusting the angle of disc sections for agricultural harrows which comprises at least one articulation element (10) configured to be pivotally attached to a beam (200) of an agricultural harrow (2), the articulation element (10) being configured to be pivotally attached to an adjustment shaft (20), thus allowing the angular adjustment of the beams of the agricultural harrow sections in both a horizontal plane and a vertical/transverse plane, comprising simple construction when compared to solutions existing in the prior art, making use of few components to allow both adjustments, and providing simple, practical and fast operation, requiring few manipulation steps.
System and method for adjusting the spacing between ground engaging tools of an agricultural implement
A system for adjusting the spacing between ground engaging tools of an agricultural implement may include a plurality of ground engaging tools including a first end tool, a second end tool, and at least one intermediate tool positioned between the first and second end tools, with an adjustable ground engaging width being defined between the first and second end tools. The system may further include a biasing element positioned between each respective pair of adjacent engaging tools and configured to apply a biasing force against its respective pair of adjacent tools such that an inter-tool spacing between each respective pair of adjacent tools is maintained substantially uniform across the plurality of ground engaging tools as the ground engaging width is adjusted.

Middle breaker for a tillage implement
A tillage implement having a frame member extending in a fore-aft direction of the implement, the frame member pivotally connected in a foldable configuration, the frame member comprising a main frame section; a first wing section and a second wing section, each being pivotally connected at opposing lateral sides of the main frame section in the fore-aft direction; and a middle breaker including a first disc coupled to the main frame section, the first disc laterally offset from a centerline of the middle breaker extending in the fore-aft direction, the first disc having a concave side facing towards the centerline, and a second disc coupled to the main frame section, laterally offset from the centerline of the middle breaker, the second disc having a concave side facing towards the centerline.
HARROW DEVICE AND HARROW DISC
A harrow device for the conditioning and leveling of sowing soils in a single step, and a disc for the harrow, which allows these processes to be carried out in the proper way, guaranteeing a better quality of subsequent sowing, and also preventing premature wear of parts, jamming of materials, and/or emergency stops, and which, in turn, is constituted and built in a simple way, in order to reduce costs and facilitate both its realization and its replacement.
Tillage implement with preset disk frame angle
An agricultural tillage implement including a carriage frame assembly and pull hitch towed by a tractor and forward and aft secondary frames supported by the carriage frame assembly. The forward and aft secondary frames mount gangs of disk blades for tilling the soil. The secondary frames establish a plane and the aft secondary frame is connected to the carriage frame assembly at a greater distance from the plane than the forward secondary frame so that the depth of penetration of the disk blades is uniform during field operation. The tillage implement has outboard wing sections pivotally connected to the secondary frames and annular shims are provided to establish the wing sections and secondary frames in common plane during field operation, the annular shim being rotatable about central axis to present a common surface to the implements irrespective of the orientation of the shims.
