Share for a soil cultivation implement

A share for a soil cultivation implement for cultivating soil. The share is bent and has at least one mounting hole for receiving a fastener, and the share is tipped on an upper side with at least one carbide insert. A bend of the share has a plurality of different bending radii.

WEAR PART MONITORING

A process and tool for monitoring the status, health, and performance of wear parts used on earth working equipment. The process and tool allow the operator to optimize the performance of the earth working equipment. The tool has a clear line of site to the wear parts during use and may be integrated with a bucket or blade on the earth working equipment.

Quick-change system for a sweep comprising a sweep with a neck and a removable wedge, wherein the neck serves to couple the sweep to a cultivator shank and comprises an inner surface with at least one lug that fits in at least one hole of the cultivator shank, and side flaps configured to clasp the cultivator shank, the removable wedge being inserted between the side flaps and the cultivator shank and holding the cultivator shank against the inner surface of the neck, so that the combination of the lug fitted in the hole of the cultivator shank and the removable wedge inserted in the neck makes it possible to retain and fasten the sweep to the cultivator shank.

GUIDE ELEMENT AND TOOL COMBINATION COMPRISING A GUIDE ELEMENT

The invention relates to a guide element for an agricultural soil-cultivation machine comprising a connection region for arranging the guide element on a share tip, and comprising a first screw connection for attaching the guide element on a holder, in particular on a tine of the soil-cultivation machine. The guide element has varying thickness, at least in regions along the longitudinal extension thereof running from the connection region to a turned-away end region. The invention further relates to a corresponding tool combination comprising capacity of the guide element to be conformed to the loads in the tool insert, and thus conforming of the maintenance interval to that of the share tip.

BLADE TIP AND TOOL COMBINATION HAVING A BLADE TIP

The invention relates to a blade tip and to a tool combination having a blade tip for an agricultural soil cultivation machine, wherein the blade tip has a base part which has a cutter and a cutter carrier, and a guiding element attached to the blade tip, wherein the blade tip has a screw receptacle for fastening to a tine of the agricultural soil cultivation machine. Here, provision is made for the base part to have a receptacle which is covered by means of a covering portion in the tool feeding direction, for the guiding element to have a plug attachment which is held in the receptacle, and for a form-fitting connection, which prevents any movement of the guiding element out of the receptacle, to act in the region of the receptacle between the blade tip and the guide element.
