Formations to plow the surface land using modular agricultural draw implement and their components
Formations to plow the surface layer of a land using modular agricultural implement of drag and respective components. It was developed to attend specific agricultural activities in areas of compatible dimensions and to carry out the overturning of the superficial layer of the soil, leveling, and/or incorporating correctives and fertilizers, as well as reducing compaction to increase porous spaces and increase the permeability and storage of air and water. It is assembled in modules under different forms of assembly, highlighting there are the triangular agricultural formation in three versions, triangle forward, triangle backward, and agricultural formation large triangle, and the agricultural formation in rhombus in two versions, the simple rhombus, and the large rhombus.
Disk assembly with multi-plane angle adjustment and related systems and methods
A disk assembly for agricultural implements comprises a disk hanger including a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The disk assembly further includes a hanger spindle supported relative to the distal end of the disk hanger for rotation about a first axis of rotation, and a blade spindle supported relative to the hanger spindle, with the blade spindle being rotatable about a second axis of rotation oriented non-parallel relative to the first axis of rotation. Additionally, the disk assembly includes a blade coupled to the blade spindle for rotation therewith about the second axis of rotation. Moreover, the disk assembly is configured such that rotation of the hanger spindle relative to the disk hanger about the first axis of rotation results in an adjustment of both an angle-of-engagement and a camber angle of the blade.
Attachment arrangement with double shear configuration for frame members of an agricultural tillage implement
An agricultural tillage implement includes a carriage frame assembly having a longitudinal frame member extending in a travel direction, and a cross frame member extending transverse to the longitudinal frame member. A horizontal attachment arrangement interconnects the longitudinal frame member with the cross frame member. The horizontal attachment arrangement includes a generally vertical first plate attached to the longitudinal frame member and having a first through hole, a generally vertical second plate attached to the cross frame member and having a second through hole, and a pivot pin extending through each of the first through hole and the second through hole.
ROCKSHAFT AND FRAME IN AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT
An agricultural implement has a main frame including fore-to-aft and cross frame members. Main lift and transport wheels are connected to rockshaft pedestal arms that are pivotally connected to the main frame by way of a rockshaft held by the main frame. The rockshaft is held spanning a distance between upper and lower fore-to-aft frame member components.
STRUCTURAL ELEMENT FOR AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT, AND AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to a structural element (1) for agricultural equipment comprising at least one pair of transverse beams (10, 11) associated with at least one pair of support bars (20, 21) of a set of agricultural discs (200), where the longitudinal distance (D1) between the beams of the pair of transverse beams (10, 11) is smaller than the longitudinal distance (D2) between the bars of the pair of support bars (20, 21), the which allows a greater free space for the flow of material cut by the discs (soil and plant residues) and a decrease in the occurrence of stops to clear the obstruction or even the formation of “heaps” on the ground, while still promoting an adequate arrangement for the absorption and dissipation of efforts that act on the structural element.
SOIL CULTIVATOR
A soil cultivator for mechanical weed control between rows of cultivated plants includes a frame attachable to a tractor for movement along a traveling direction, and at least one soil processing unit attached to the frame. The at least one soil control unit includes a deformable sub-frame made of an elastic material. The soil cultivator further comprises a first adjusting means connected to the deformable sub-frame via at least one first connecting element, and a second adjusting means connected to the deformable sub-frame via at least one second connecting element. At least one adjusting unit is provided for carrying out a movement of the first and the second adjusting means, such that the deformable sub-frame is elastically deformable by the movement of the first and the second adjusting means such that the extent of the deformable sub-frame changes transversely to the traveling direction.
Drawbar bracket and work vehicle
A drawbar bracket includes a first fastening plate, a second fastening plate, and a coupling member. The coupling member couples the first fastening plate to the second fastening plate. The first fastening plate includes a first plate body, a first fastening part, and a first curved part. The first curved part couples the first plate body to the first fastening part and has a curved shape. The second fastening plate includes a second plate body, a second fastening part, and a second curved part. The second curved part couples the second plate body to the second fastening part and has a curved shape.
IMPROVED TRASHER ARRANGEMENT AND PARALLELOGRAM MOUNTING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a ground engaging device (10, 10.100, 10.110 and 10.120) which includes a frame assembly (12) having at least one first frame arm (14), and at least one second frame arm (16), in this case only one second frame arm (16). The at least one first frame arm (14) is located in a forward position relative to the at least one second frame arm (16) relative to the forward direction of operation of the device (10). There is also present at least one gauge wheel (18) being mounted to the at least one first frame arm (14) for rotation with respect thereto. The present invention also provides an improved parallelogram linkage, and a planter, fertiliser, cultivator or trasher with such improvements.
Modular harrow apparatus
A modular harrow apparatus for smoothing horse pens includes a vehicle carabiner that attaches to an ATV, a UTV, or a small tractor. Each of a pair of chains has a vehicle end coupled to the vehicle carabiner and a harrow end.
