Agricultural device for processing soil with two sets of working rollers
Agricultural device for soil processing with two sets of working rollers comprising a supporting frame, which comprises a central part, a left wing and a right wing, wherein the left and right wing are rotatably attached to the central part, at least two rows of working units attached to the supporting frame, wherein the working units are arranged in regular distances in every row, a left set of rollers attached to the left wing and a right set of rollers attached to the right wing, wherein the sets of rollers are divided into front rollers and rear rollers and provided with attachments and discs, wherein the discs on the sets are located between these attachments. The number of discs of rear rollers differs exactly by one disc from the number of discs of front rollers, wherein the distances between individual discs are the same along the whole width of the agricultural device, and wherein the discs of front rollers are located in the same plane as the working units.
System and method for hydraulically leveling a multi-wing agricultural implement
A system for hydraulically leveling a multi-wing agricultural implement having a pressure regulating valve and a folding valve fluidly coupled in parallel between a supply line, configured to provide a supply pressure of hydraulic fluid, and an actuator, configured to move an outer-wing section of the implement between a transport position and a fully-extended position. Specifically, when fluid is supplied to the actuator via the pressure regulating valve, only a portion of the supply pressure is allowed through the pressure regulating valve to the actuator such that the outer-wing section may pivot towards a position where the outer-wing section is substantially level with the inner-wing section. When hydraulic fluid is supplied to the actuator via the folding valve, the outer-wing section is actuated towards the transport position. When hydraulic fluid is supplied to the actuator via the leveling valve, the outer-wing section is leveled relative to the inner-wing section.
VARIABLE TILLAGE IMPLEMENT
A tillage implement for variable tillage has a linkage mechanism disposed longitudinally between two gangs of annular harrow tools, the gangs each having a toolbar that is rotationally mounted on a frame of the implement. The linkage mechanism has a plurality of pivotally connected linkage arms, the toolbars each pivotally connected to at least one of the linkage arms. Operation of the linkage mechanism simultaneously rotates one toolbar about a first vertical rotation axis and the other toolbar about a second vertical rotation axis in an opposite rotational direction as the first toolbar. The implement has at least one wheel mounted on the frame longitudinally forward of both of the gangs or longitudinally rearward of both of the gangs. The tillage implement provides variable tillage while having a shorter frame to facilitate folding wing sections of the frame in a more compact manner for transportation while remaining assembled.
