20230263089 · 2023-08-24 ·

Abstract: Disclosed is a liquid nutrient spreader and liquid nutrient spreader system. The liquid nutrient spreader system can include a spreader unit that can be moved in a direction of movement by a mover, which can be a tractor. The spreader unit can be mobile, being supported on the ground by wheels or tracks. The spreader unit can include a frame that supports a hose reel onto which is reeled a supply hose. The supply hose provides for fluid communication of liquid nutrients between a liquid nutrient storage unit to a fluid distributor, and eventually to a one or more of a plurality of injectors mounted to an incorporation toolbar.

DISTRIBUTOR DEVICE FOR SOLIDS-CONTAINING LIQUIDS

A distributor device for solids-containing liquids includes a distribution chamber with an inlet opening which leads to a chamber interior space of the distribution chamber, wherein the distribution chamber has a first end wall with several connection ports and a first side wall arranged laterally to the end wall. The distributor device also includes a connecting part connecting the rotor and the blade drive shaft, which connecting part is detachably connected to the rotor and/or to the blade drive shaft, wherein a movement of the rotor is guided by the connecting part relative to the first perforated blade disk. The distribution chamber has at least one closable opening which is located in the first side wall, wherein the opening is designed at least so large that the rotor is removable from the distribution chamber through the opening.

Method and apparatus for applying liquid nutrients between parallel rows of standing crops

Liquid nutrients are applied to a first group of rows of standing crops by pulling a drag hose from a reel located at one end of a field and between two crop rows with the drag hose connected to an applicator pulled by a tractor or track units. The hose provides a liquid supply to the applicator. At the opposite end of the field, the applicator is turned 180°, and in one embodiment, a boom pivots to project from one end of the applicator to the drag hose. The applicator returns down adjacent crop rows back to the first end of the field with the applicator connected to the drag hose while the reel simultaneously retracts the drag hose between the two crop rows. The reel is moved axially to a third group of crop rows along with the applicator, and the steps are repeated.

Disclosed is a swing pipe system for manure applications. In one embodiment the swing pipe system includes a main pipe configured to receive manure from a swivel, a support member at a first end of the main pipe configured to support the first end of the main pipe, and a tool bar configured to support a second end of the main pipe, the second end of the main pipe being pivotally supported to allow the main pipe to pivot about a horizontal axis and a vertical axis.

Apparatus for distributing a mixed fluid and apparatus for distributing bulk material

The invention concerns apparatuses (1) for distributing mixed fluid or bulk material on to agricultural productive surfaces (100) comprising a distribution device (5) which has at least one fluid inlet (3) which can be connected to a mixed fluid supply and a plurality of outlets (7). The apparatus has a plurality of conduits (11) connected to the outlets, wherein the conduits (11) have a respective connecting portion (35b) for coupling to an application device (9), wherein an outlet (7) and the conduit (11) connected to the fluid outlet define a respective flow path. In particular the apparatuses have a device (15) for blockage detection in individual ones of, a plurality of or all flow paths, that has a plurality of sensors (21), and an electronic evaluation unit (17) which is adapted to receive the measurement signals output by the sensors (21), compare them to each other and on the basis of signal deviations determined in that case to identify individual ones of or a plurality of flow paths as blocked.

Apparatus and methods for applying manure to fields. Some apparatus and methods maintain constant height of a manure supply swing pipe above the ground during use. Pivotally mounted side wings supported by tracks or wheels and carrying manure applicators such and shanks and coulters can be carried along side of and secured to the apparatus tongue in a narrow configuration above the ground for transport and deployed in a wide configuration on the ground during use. Center rear mounted manure applicators are movable off the ground for transport using hydraulics in some apparatus. Some apparatus have the pivotally mounted side wings pivoted well inside of the outer most extent of the read center region to provide a narrower transport configuration.

Spreading device

A spreading device includes a containing unit to contain a spread material, a first spreading unit including a first rotating body to spread the spread material contained in the containing unit, a second spreading unit including a second rotating body to spread the spread material contained in the containing unit, a first driving source of which speed is changeable, a first shaft to transmit power provided from the first driving source, a second shaft to transmit power provided from a second driving source different from the first driving source, and a power transmission mechanism to receive power from the first shaft and power from the second shaft, the power transmission mechanism being capable of transmitting the power received from the first shaft and the power received from the second shaft to the first rotating body and the second rotating body.
