Skid steer manure spreader attachment
11553637 · 2023-01-17 · ·

The skid steer manure spreader attachment includes a main bucket compartment, a cover, and a beater shaft. The bucket, cover, and beater shaft are preferably formed of welded steel. The bucket has an industry standard quick attach plate on the back so it can be quickly attached to any standard skid steer, and is a standard width. A hydraulic motor operates the beater shaft and the cover. The beater shaft has blades angled in two directions. The beater shaft spins forward so the beater blades through manure out of the top of the bucket, above the shaft. The hydraulic motor drives the top sprocket, and a chain drives the bottom sprocket. A tensioner pivots on one screw to allow the user to tension the chain as needed.

Push-off device and push-off vehicle comprising a push-off device

The invention relates to a push-off device, in particular for agricultural cargo. The push-off device includes a loading space, which comprises a loading floor, two laterally adjoining sidewalls and a push-off wall. The push-off device further includes a first hydraulic cylinder arrangement, which comprises one first hydraulic cylinder piston that is movable in a first hydraulic cylinder tube and a second hydraulic cylinder arrangement, which comprises one second hydraulic cylinder piston that is movable in a second hydraulic cylinder tube. The push-off wall is mounted to be displaceable in a longitudinal direction of the loading space on the second hydraulic cylinder tube and by operation of the first hydraulic cylinder arrangement is displaceable relative to the sliding floor, which is displaceable by operation of the second hydraulic cylinder arrangement relative to the loading floor of the loading space. The invention moreover relates to a push-off vehicle comprising a sliding device.

Self-Loading Manure Spreader

A self-loading manure spreader is claimed which possesses a scraper blade affixed to the front end of the spreader hopper so that as the front end is lowered the scraper blade scoops manure into the hopper as the spreader is pulled forward across a manure supply. The hopper floor is the carrying surface of a conveyor belt which is loaded as the scraper blade scoops up manure. The loading is further assisted by a continuously looping sweeper blade line which clears the top surface of the scraper blade by pushing or sweeping accumulated manure into the hopper. The manure is conveyed to the rear of the spreader where it is broken up by a clod breaker and then propelled into a deflector to increase the distribution width.

RIDING VEHICLE FOR DISTRIBUTING MATERIAL
20210298224 · 2021-09-30 ·

A system and method for a vehicle in the form of a material spreader capable of distributing material over a ground surface. As an example, the material spreader may distribute granular materials, such as fertilizer, over the ground surface. The material spreader may include a material holder having a center of mass that is low to the ground surface, lowering the overall center of mass of the material spreader and providing enhanced stability for the material spreader.

Agricultural spreader and beater assembly therefore

An agricultural spreader is disclosed. The spreader comprises a holding box for containing a spreadable load to be spread; and a beater section in communication with the holding device for outputting the spreadable load. The beater section comprises an upright beater having flighting depending therefrom including a spinner deck defining substantially a bottom flight thereof, the spinner deck comprising a plurality of paddles oriented for throwing the spreadable load during operation of the beater, a beater tray situated at the bottom of the upright beater with the upright beater mounted thereon and having a front side facing the holding box. The beater tray comprises a floor and a front wall rising therefrom for at least partially blocking the spreadable load from being thrown toward the holding box. The front wall comprises a soft/flexible section shaped to substantially correspond with a front portion of the footprint of the spinner deck.

Manure spreader improvements

A manure spreader implement has a compartment for containing manure, a conveyor for displacing manure in the compartment towards a rear end of the implement, and a rotating beater assembly at the rear end of the implement for spreading the manure outwardly from the rear end of the implement. The implement further includes (i) support brackets for supporting the mounting fasteners of the beater teeth on the auger of the beater assembly in double shear, (ii) auxiliary paddles supported by removable fasteners on the auger of the beater assembly between the auger flighting above and the lower paddles of the auger below, and/or (iii) floor slats on the conveyor which have end portions of reduced internal dimension formed by crimps that allow relative sliding between the floor slats and the mounting bars on the chain of the conveyor.
