HARVESTER
Systems and methods for separating harvested crop product from twigs, dirt, dust, and other debris. A disk to be used in a harvester includes a first segment and a second segment and is configured to cooperate with adjacent disks axially mounted on a common rotational shaft, and radially cooperate with disks mounted on a parallel rotational shaft. The disks are used in a roller assembly or a harvester, and gaps between cooperating disks remain effectively constant during operation.
Disc for use in disc screen
A disc for use in a disc screen is disclosed. The disc includes a longitudinal disc axis and a hub extending a length along the longitudinal disc axis. The hub further includes a hub surface and a helical ridge structure extending away from the hub surface and twisting about the longitudinal axis at least 360 degrees. A cross-section of the hub taken perpendicularly to the longitudinal disc axis is non-circular.

ROLL SEGMENT, ROLL AND AGRICULTURAL CROP TRANSPORTING AND/OR CLEANING DEVICE
A roll segment is provided for a roll of an agricultural crop transporting and/or cleaning device which has a plurality of rolls, which are oriented at least substantially transversely to the transport direction and which are preferably formed as spiral rolls in succession in the transport direction, and via which, during operation, the crops are transported for cleaning and/or transport purposes. The roll segment has a longitudinal axis which, during operation, corresponds to a rotation axis and, for the purpose of forming the roll with at least one further roll segment extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis during operation, has at least at one end at least one first connection element which is designed for connection to a further connection element of the further roll segment.

Device for cleaning root vegetables and agricultural machine equipped with such a device
A device for cleaning root vegetables include at least two rollers each rotatably mounted about an axis perpendicular to a direction of travel of the root vegetables on the rollers. At least one of the rollers is equipped with a means for heating its outer wall. Thus, with the outer wall of the roller being heated, this has the effect of drying soil that is possibly stuck thereon. This drying is enough to make the soil crisp and to overcome the suction phenomenon of wet soil on the roller and on reliefs of the roller. Vibrations due to the displacement of the root vegetables on the rollers ensure that the dried soil is detached and falls to the ground.

AN APPARATUS FOR CLEANING NARROW ROOT CROPS, A CORRESPONDING CLEANING APPARATUS, A HARVESTING AND CLEAING MACHINE AND A METHOD
Apparatus for cleaning narrow root crops including a roller device with two rotatable rollers forming a separating crop inlet, a separating track, a coarse material outlet, a fine material outlet, and a roller gap, and a conveyor downstream of the roller device. The separating track is formed by the top of the rollers and the fine material outlet is located below the roller gap. The coarse material outlet is at the end of the separating track opposite the separating material inlet. The roller gap is large enough to allow the narrow root crops to pass through to the fine crop outlet and small enough to retain coarse material that has a minimum dimension greater than the maximum root diameter, and transport it to the coarse material outlet. The conveyor is below the roller gap at the fine material outlet and receives all narrow root crops passing through the roller gap.

Dirt removal and piling machine
A dirt removal and piling machine is ideally suited for use in cleaning and piling individualized and non-uniformly shaped workpieces, preferably sugar beets but also potatoes, other tuber crops, and even with aggregate rocks for a tilting receiving station. A further aspect of the present machine includes a workpiece unloading or receiving station which can tip sideways after a dump truck unloads the workpieces and longitudinally drives therethrough. In another aspect, the machine also includes a cleaning station having rotatable rollers, an underlying dirt conveyor and a moveable dirt dumping conveyor, hopper or bucket adjacent an end of the dirt conveyor and external to the rollers. Furthermore, another aspect of the machine includes an automatic and/or robotic sampling arm which is operable to remove a tuber crop workpiece sample and automatically package the sample after the sample has moved through a cleaning station.
