A method for promoting germination of underground buds and growth of new-born root systems of ratoon sugarcane is to cut stubbles based on a depth survey of the stubbles of the ratoon sugarcane, particularly including steps of: for a ratoon sugarcane field after mechanical harvesting, cutting the stubbles with a sugarcane stubble cutting machine, and remaining underground stubbles of 5-7 cm after cutting; for a ratoon sugarcane field with manual harvesting, cutting the sugarcane with a hoe, and remaining underground stubbles of 10-12 cm after cutting, so as to realize sugarcane cutting and stubble cutting in one step; thereafter, applying fertilizers and pesticides, and hilling up, wherein the underground buds of the stubbles are controlled to be distributed 10-15 cm below ground after hilling up; and finally conducting whole film mulching. The present invention is advanced and practical, and easily used and promoted.

The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a mowing height adjusting device and an automatic mower having the same. The mowing height adjusting device comprises a mowing component and a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a first housing and a first motor, the first housing is directly connected with the mowing component, the first housing is configured to surround and form a first accommodating cavity, the first motor is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity, the first motor is configured to drive the first housing to rotate around a first axis to drive the mowing component to move in a first direction, and the extension direction of the first axis is parallel to the first direction. The device is small in volume and compact in structure.
WEEDING APPARATUS
A weeding apparatus includes a handle portion coupled to a blade attachment by a boom. The blade attachment is selectively coupled to the boom and includes a blade having a sharpened edge disposed thereon for severing or otherwise cutting weeds and other undesirable plants. The weeding apparatus is drawn across a surface to capture weeds against the blade to sever the weeds without throwing projectiles at nearby structures, vehicles, amongst others.
Vegetation Clearing Implements
A vegetation clearing implement features at least one blade arranged for conveyance over an area of land in a forward working direction. Each blade features a respective serrated cutting edge positioned at a leading side of the blade. The serrated cutting edge lies along an oblique axis that resides at an oblique angle to the forward working direction. The serrated cutting edge features alternating crests and troughs situated along the oblique axis, and each trough has a concave curvature between a pair of adjacent crests. A slope of the concave curvature at its leading end is more parallel to the forward working direction than its trailing end. This provides a gradual increase in the aggression of cut as the equipment moves through the vegetative material to provide for smooth, efficient travel of the implement during a vegetation clearing operation.
HARVESTING CAM REEL WITH CONVERTIBLE TRANSPORT MODE
A cam reel for use on a harvesting header that can be configured in both operating and transport positions is provided. The reel comprises a plurality of finger-bearing reel bats disposed evenly around the reel shaft, each rotatably attached through the distal ends of radial arms extending outwardly from the reel shaft. A cam disc is attached to the frame and engages each reel bat by a cam follower, to provide rotational movement of the reel bats relative to the radial arms, during rotation of the shaft in the operating position. The cam has at least one operating position, and a transport position in which the engaged reel bats will be pivoted into transport mode that substantially reduces the risk of damage to the fingers.
