REEL POWER SYSTEM
A reel power system for a header of an agricultural system includes an electrical generator having a stator and a rotor rotatably engaged with the stator. The stator is configured to be non-rotatably coupled to a support structure of a reel of the header. The rotor is configured to non-rotatably engage a base of the header. Furthermore, the reel is configured to rotate relative to the base. The electrical generator is configured to generate electrical power in response to rotation of the rotor.
DUAL VARIABLE FEEDER DRIVE FOR AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE
An agricultural vehicle includes a feederhouse having a first output shaft that is configured to be connected to a header, and a second output shaft that is also configured to be connected to the header. The first and second output shafts are configured to be operated at different rotational speeds on the feederhouse for driving different header drives on the header at different speeds.
Cutting Mechanism with Cutting Elements Which Are Mounted in a Height-Elastic Manner
The aim of the invention is to mount the cutting elements in a height-elastic manner in order to allow the cutter bar to be guided as close to the base as possible and in the process reduce the risk of damage in the event of contacting the base. This is achieved in that the adjustment drive (22) is rotatably connected to a first side (28) of a rocker lever (24) which can be rotated about an axis (26) and the second side (30) of which rotatably engages with an energy store (32) that is adjustable in length, and the frame part (6) can be moved against the force of the energy store (32) that is adjustable in length by the swinging arms (12) via a rocking movement of the rocker lever (24) about the axis (26) miming transversely to the working direction of the cutting mechanism (4) when a lifting force acts on at least one swinging arm (12).
Hydraulic sickle knife drive on a combine header
A sickle knife drive for an agricultural vehicle generally includes a first pump, a first motor, a second motor and a drive manifold having a plurality of connections used for connecting to other devices of the sickle knife drive and/or to devices outside of the sickle knife drive. Operation of the first pump in a forward direction causes the first motor to drive a sickle knife gearbox to cut a crop. During the forward direction, the second motor provides cooling to the fluid circuit. When the first pump direction is reversed, the agricultural vehicle supplements a fluid flow to the fluid circuit to clear any jammed crop from the sickle knives.
Controlled lateral belt reverse for draper head of agricultural combine
A system and method for reversing a movement direction of a laterally extending conveyor of a draper header of an agricultural machine. The system includes a fluid line for delivering fluid to a motor that drives the laterally extending conveyor. A directional flow control valve is connected to the fluid line and is movable between a first state in which the directional flow control valve is configured to deliver the fluid to the motor in a first fluid direction to cause the motor to move the laterally extending conveyor in a first movement direction, and a second state in which the directional flow control valve is configured to deliver the fluid to the motor in a second fluid direction that is different from the first fluid direction to cause the motor to move the laterally extending conveyor in a second movement direction that is opposite to the first movement direction.
HARVESTING MACHINE WITH DRAPER
A driver assistance system of an agricultural harvesting machine with a harvesting header designed as a draper is disclosed. The driver assistance system comprises a memory for storing data and a computing device for processing the data saved in the memory. The draper comprises a central belt and at least one transverse conveyor belt arranged on the left side and the right side of the central belt for conveying the harvested material to the central belt. The draper forms, together with the driver assistance system, an automatic draper. The computing device operates the automatic draper as a characteristic diagram controller using the saved characteristic diagrams, with the automatic draper optimizing operating parameters of the draper and specifying the optimized operating parameters for the draper. The characteristic diagrams describe the relationship between the operating parameters and quality parameters, and a control characteristic curve is assigned to the particular characteristic diagram.

AGRICULTURAL MACHINE WITH VIBRATION-DAMPENED ATTACHMENT
An agricultural machine comprises a carrier vehicle and an attachment is disclosed. The attachment is pivotably guided on the carrier vehicle about an axis extending in the direction of travel of the carrier vehicle. To the right and left of the axis, a support wheel is connected to the attachment via a damped, compressible arm. A control circuit is configured to decide whether a pivoting motion of the attachment about the axis is or is not desirable and, in the case that the pivoting motion is desirable, the arm that is compressed by the pivoting motion is switched from a strongly dampened compressible state to a substantially undampened state.
QUICK STORAGE CRADLE FOR COMBINE MULTICOUPLER
An agricultural harvester including a header assembly, includes: a multicoupler storage assembly including: a multicoupler assembly including a plurality of at least one of hydraulic connectors and electrical connectors; and a cradle mechanism configured for storing the multicoupler assembly and for selectively pivoting between a receiving position associated with the cradle mechanism receiving the multicoupler assembly and a storage position associated with the cradle mechanism storing the multicoupler assembly.
Switchable Cutter Bar Drive for Agricultural Attachment
An agricultural attachment is provided with a cutter bar and a hydraulic motor for oscillatingly driving the cutter bar via an eccentric gear. The hydraulic motor is connected via a feed line and a return line to a hydraulic loaded with a hydrostatic liquid by a hydraulic pump. A switchover valve is integrated in the hydraulic circuit and switches pressure-dependently, wherein the switchover valve has a first switch position and a second switch position and is adjustable back and forth between the first switch position and the second switch position. The hydraulic motor is driven in the first switch position in a first rotational direction and is driven in the second switch position in a second rotational direction, wherein the second rotational direction is opposite to the first rotational direction.
