The double-swing-rod mechanism includes a supporting main body used for rigidly supporting a fruit picking machine, a rotating shaft component connected to the supporting main body, two conical gears that axially rotate around the rotating shaft component, two swing rods movably connected to the two conical gears respectively to achieve a swing effect, and a drive gear movably connected to the supporting main body.
Field harvesting device for small fruits
A field harvesting device for small fruits having a harvesting header, a hitching pole and framework on wheels so as to be pulled by a moving motorized machine and the harvesting header is a single assembly comprised of a frame, conveyor, dividing cones, and a plurality of assemblies formed at first by worm screws, from each of which individual worm screw extends a rotating separator from which extends a shaft extending into a sprocket wheel. Two of the assemblies working as a pair of axially parallel aligned assemblies such that when one rotating separator, forming part of the pair, rotates clockwise and faces the other rotating separator forming part of the same pair rotates counterclockwise. The counter rotating separator having paddles which are configured for stripping fruits off of fruit plants; the stripped fruits are projected upwards by the action of the paddles rotating in an upward direction; the fruits fall onto U shaped cups located on the underneath supports, and roll off onto a primary conveyor. The primary conveyor conveys the fruits to an elevator conveyor which directs the fruits into a container. The assemblies are linked together at the back of the harvesting header by way of a roller chain connected to the sprocket wheels which are rotationally connected to pillow bearings mounted to the harvesting header frame and covered by a back cover. The assemblies are hold at the front end of the device by supports brackets mounted on a header frame member, which are rotationally connected by way of bearings that allow rotational movements of the assemblies.
Harvesting head and machine for mechanically harvesting olives, grapes and the like
A harvesting head utilized with or incorporated into a mechanical harvesting machine for harvesting crops. The harvesting head has a frame that attaches to a frame member of the harvesting machine. The frame defines a harvesting area sized to receive the canopy of a tree or vine and supports a picking assembly and a motion inducing mechanism. The picking assembly comprises a pair of sub-structures having a forward post member, rearward post member, a connecting member connecting the two posts and a plurality of curvilinear rods, which also interconnect the posts, that extend into the harvesting area. The motion inducing mechanism is connected to and pivots the posts of the picking assembly so as to rapidly move the rods forward and backward to engage the canopy and dislodge the crop therefrom. A conveying assembly conveys the crop to a bin.
TREE FRUIT PICKING MACHINE
The above is a description of a self-propelled tree fruit picking machine, of the type which includes a vibrator device which acts on the trunk of a tree detected by a probe device, including two side frames joined by a transverse gantries device, equipped with pulling devices to move the fruit towards peeling devices, and from these towards hoppers, in which each gantry includes four successively articulated segments, with anchoring devices between adjacent segments, which are extractable to fold the machine by the closing together of both side frames via the action of cylinders to a minimum width, with the machine equipped with a control cabin which can be moved inwards to the position of minimum width, and with the transport wheels connected to suspension devices adjustable in height via cylinders.
Handheld work apparatus having a drive circuit for an electric motor which drives oscillating tools
A handheld work apparatus having an electric motor and a drive circuit for the electric motor. The rotation movement of the motor is converted into an oscillating movement of the work tool via a gear mechanism. The motor is situated in a circuit including at least the motor and a switch for operating the motor. To reduce wear of the gear mechanism, a control unit for operating the motor in one of two directions of rotation is provided. The control unit independently determines a selected direction of rotation for a next operating cycle as a function of a control variable. When the motor is started, the motor is started by the control unit in the direction of rotation which is associated with a value of the control variable. The control variable changes before the motor is restarted for a following operating cycle.
Harvester
A harvester having a frame, an agitating system and a product gathering system. The frame has a central portion configured to receive and pass plants therethrough. The agitating system is positioned within the central portion that has a first side agitating assembly further comprising an axle with an axis of rotation and a plural of axial wands extending axially outwardly therefrom in a spaced apart configuration. The axle has a first end which is both above and outboard of the second end and the axle is angled relative to a vertical plane bisecting the frame body from front to back thereof. The axial wands can be agitated. The product gathering system includes an outer guide wall positioned below the rotary agitator assembly. The outer guide wall is angled relative to a vertical plane bisecting the frame body from front to back thereof.
BERRY HARVESTER
An over the row berry harvester provides flexible cushioned elements and surfaces to limit bruising of the fruit harvested. A chassis defines a picking tunnel that passes over rows of plants. A picking system removes fruit from the plants as the harvester moves along the rows. A catching system configured to receive fruit removed from the plants. The catching system includes groups of catch assemblies with soft surfaces on each side of the picking tunnel, each of the catch assemblies at least partially overlapping adjacent catch assemblies. Each of the catch assemblies has a lightweight frame with an aperture and a membrane over molded to bond to the frame and extend across the aperture.
