A grain conveyor chain for a harvesting vehicle includes a chain made of standard chain elements and multiple scoops. The scoops are fastened on the chain and the standard chain elements have inner plates, outer plates, pins, and/or sleeves, with each scoop being in direct contact with a standard chain element.

A combine harvester including a grain elevator for transporting and elevating harvested grain. The grain elevator includes a paddle loop, a driver, an elevator housing, and a sensor assembly. The paddle loop has a plurality of paddles for carrying the harvested grain. The driver is arranged for driving the paddle loop and thereby moving the paddles upward at a first side of the paddle loop and downward at a second side of the paddle loop. The elevator housing encompasses at least a portion of the paddle loop. The sensor assembly comprises a NIR sensor for detecting properties of the harvested grain and a sensor window arranged for enabling infrared light to travel between the NIR sensor and the harvested grain. The sensor window is embedded in the elevator housing, adjacent the first side of the paddle loop.

FLOATING ANTI-WRAP SYSTEM FOR A CONVEYOR TOPSHAFT

An agricultural vehicle feeder assembly having: a feeder housing, a shaft mounted to rotate relative to the feeder housing, first and second rotary drives mounted to rotate with the shaft at a first and second axial positions along the shaft, and an anti-wrap cover assembly extending an entire distance from the first rotary drive to the second rotary drive and at least partially surrounding the first rotary drive, the second rotary drive, and the shaft between the first rotary drive and the second rotary drive. The anti-wrap cover assembly is rotatably mounted the first rotary drive, the second rotary drive and/or the shaft. A connector joins the feeder housing to the anti-wrap cover assembly. The connector is configured to allow the anti-wrap cover assembly to move through a predetermined limited range of motion relative to the feeder housing.

The flexible drive is operatively connected between the elevator drive output and the unloader drive input. The tensioning assembly has a tensioner link and a control link that are pivotally to each other and with one of the two links each pivotally connected to one of the boom and elevator frame. An idler wheel is on the tensioner link. The tensioning assembly maintains a tension load on the endless flexible drive within a predetermined range, throughout the range of motion of the boom frame.
